Location is great, staff are very welcoming and obliging. The shower was hot and pressure really good. Plenty of power points. The staff were very helpful with calling taxi and storing luggage for us.

The big black cockroaches that hung out in the hallway. No fridge or coffee making facilities. Having said all that at 3.5 stars it was the best one we have stayed in with that rating....by quite some margin.

The location is great, within walking distance to the city centre and easy access to tram and metro. Near the hotel there are some lovely restaurants and cafes. The room was cosy and the hotel staff was really amazing and helpful.

The rooms looked a bit dated but I guess it is an old building so that's fine

location is very well, 1 km walk to ''vieux Lyon''.Room was not to big but it was quite if you don't open the window because hotel is situated near the bus station. Staff is very friendly .

Perfect position to catch the train at Lyon Perrache station. Lots nearby cafe and bars and easy walk to centre of city shops and attractions Comfortable room and great shower

The location is excellent. We walked to all the sights and didn’t need public transport until we were traveling back to the airport.

Unfortunately the room we had was detached from the actual hotel and smelt of smoke.

Everything, the property was decorated with care and great taste.Rooms spacious and very clean. Location is ideal a few steps from Perrache. Wonderful staff! Lots of things to do nearby. Loved the bedside charging stations and bed lamp.

Really friendly and helpful staff including when travel plans changed and dealing with airline when my luggage was due to be delivered. They couldn't be more helpful, so smiley and friendly and hospitable. Great location near Perrache Station, underground and tram lines and walkable to the Old City and the river. Old building full of character. Breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start the day.
