Taxi service was horrible. We ask for shuttle for the airport one day before and appointment was for 7:15 and guy shamelessly came at 7:35 then driver went to get his coffee and then started to drive. How can you be so unprofessional! Because of this guy I missed my train and everything got delayed by 4 hours !! Shameless !! I hate it and they charged me 28 Euro as well. So if I pay I should expect service, isn’t it? For future travel please don’t trust their shuttle service or you may be screwed!

We had a fantastic experience at the Best Western Hotel in Geneva Thoiry. The room, more like an apartment with facilities, was clean, modern, and very comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, especially if you're traveling between France and Switzerland. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the reception. Marwan was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in early, smooth and stress-free, and offered coffee as we left. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality, and it truly made a difference in our visit.

The room was nice. It had everything that I needed. It had a good amount of space. The bed was comfortable. The shower was fine, not really a problem with pressure or the water temperature. The breakfast was very complete (and I like a good breakfast to start the day). It had fresh bread, cheese, salmon, pancakes/crepes, patisserie, yogurt, milk, granola, fruit, sausages, eggs. It had pretty much everything for a good and nice breakfast! Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

On one of the days my room was not cleaned. It was not a problem and I'm sure that if I'd gone to the reception, they would have gone and cleaned it. The common areas were not the cleanest. There was a trash bin that had things on the floor because it was full, bit apart from that, nothing to point out really.

My Stay during winter 27th-31st Dec 2024.Nice and calm village type location . Who ever wants to do Ski . Its close by 12 mins location Crozet.. Staff are friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle provided with extra reasonable amount. Big room with full equipped kitchen ans also big balcony. Transport near at the hotel bus number 66 every 1 hour this can be change..please follow the bus schedule at the bus holt. restaurants and supermarket mall close by. Can walk or use the bus number 66. Its Fantastic 4 star accomodation. PLEASE Don't FORGET TO CARRY YOUR PASSPORT WHEN YOU TRAVELING TO GENEVA CITY FROM THIS ACCOMODATION BORDER POLICE OFFICERS ARE DO CHECKING.. ENJOY.....!

Hotel in a good location near GVA airport, accessible by car in a few minutes. Fairly sufficient free parking with the possibility of underground parking for an additional fee. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Free refill of drinking water available on each floor. The room was large and surprised me with the equipment, which in my opinion allows for a longer stay (fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, kitchen equipment, ...). WiFi was well available throughout the hotel and without interruption.

Excellent location for our needs. Plenty of parking. Room was a ‘suite’ with bedroom, small kitchen, dining and seating area. Gave us all the space we needed, particularly as we were travelling with three dogs. There was a good dog walking lane next to the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, but no restaurant facilities for dinner and had to go out for this. That said, snacks were available, possible to cook in room and some excellent local restaurants within very short drive.

Great location, nice breakfast, quiet hotel, clean and bright. We had a room with kitchen annex, there was everything what you need even a mini dishwasher! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've left my phone accidentally in the reception and few minutes later a lady from reception came to my room with my phone! Next day I asked about a glass of milk and after 2 minutes I had my milk :)

I had just a problem with pillow, it was to firm for me.

1. Unlike many people, we love the location. Not only it is quiet, it is also in an open area so we don’t feel suffocated. The parking garage underground is safe and convenient with an elevator direct to floors. 2. The unit assigned to us is almost perfect. In the sense that it is big enough with kitchenette and utensils to cook and eat in the room. We asked to have the room at the back to avoid the noise in the front, and we got it. Everything is clean and proper and the bed is to our liking. Big, firm and so comfortable. 3. I knew that the room is not cleaned everyday, so I make up my bed myself and tidy up everyday. But I noticed that eventhough they don’t clean the room, they do pick up the garbage and replace the plastic poubelle and they do change the towels when we let them know. 4. I did not see a lot of staff, but the young man who checked us in, Jeremy, he was very nice. And when we request to have another chair in the room, he brought it up right away. 5. We did not use restaurant or breakfast, so I can’t really say anything about them.

- The internet is very slow. Usually I don’t really care using hotel internet because I have me own 4G. But in this hotel, even my 4G has a hard time to function. Something about the thickness of the wall or area with no good reception? I don’t know. - The heater is not function maximum, even though I have cranked it up to the max. Lucky we bring our electrical blanket. It is not that bad, but when the temperature is going to be really low ( jan-feb) it can be a problem to the guests. - Some of the plates were not really clean so I had to wash them first before using. Also the small dishwasher is handy, but in our room it doesn’t work well. The dishes still dirty and the soap is not even melt. So I decided to do a conventional way, wash it in the sink ! I am ok with that. :)

The room is wonderful, clean and comfortable. There is a little kitchen with everything you need, which I did not know before I arrived. The receptionist was very nice and patient, gave me a lot advices for how to take bus, book shuttle and taxi. Also the price is very reasonable, compared to the hotel in the Swiss side.

The location is kind of isolated, a bit far from CERN (4.8 km, not walking distance). The worst thing is that the only bus I can take is 1 every hour, it makes me really nervous to miss the bus. I booked a shuttle at 8:00am in a morning, for my scheduled conference starts at 8:30am. I was told it takes about 15 min. to get to CERN. but since there is only one shuttle in the hotel, the shuttle went to drop people to the airport, it came back 45 min. late! By the time I arrived CERN, it was 9:15am.

We stayed at this hotel, but our experience was spoiled by cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. After speaking to the reception, we were moved to another room, but it also had problems: there was dust under the beds, and the towels looked as if they hadn’t been properly washed. The hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control.
