1. Service: From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the moment we left, everything was great. There was a taxi strike on the day we checked out, so we took the subway to get to the railway station. We are very thankful to the gentleman at the reception who helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs. 2. Location: I would say the hotel is in a perfect location, and there’s a great restaurant for dinner right next door. 3. Room: The room was the perfect size and super comfortable. In my opinion, it wasn’t as small as some of the previous reviews suggested.

Our arrival was delayed by 6 hours due to a severe storm and our greeting at midnight was wonderfully welcoming. The room, 601, though small was perfectly managed by the housekeepers. Staff at breakfast time were delightful and the food was excellent. Thank you to all staff. The location of the hotel is in a happy, busy neighbourhood with excellent restaurants, cafés and public transport on the doorstep.

The milk provided in the room for tea was not nice, and the tea left scum marks on the cups.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and conveniently situated right next to the metro. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast area was very spacious and provided a perfect start to the day.

During my arrival and check-in, I encountered a staff member at the reception who seemed a bit inattentive, which led to some waiting time for assistance. However, the rest of the staff were very helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Paris was never on our dance card only just a stop over to catch another train but when our major trip into Paris was late and we missed out connecting we couldn’t get another one until the morning. Change of plans! The holiday inn had availability and we snatched the last three rooms on this site available. Couldn’t have been happier. The staff on the front desk were awesome at check in and very helpful to us all. Even walking us to the corner to point us in the direction of the supermarket we couldn’t see for the life of us. Rooms clean and tidy. Hotel in an amazing location of Paris.

Well the locations was fantastic outside of the building has access to metro, walked in staff were amazing u can’t thank you them enough they went over and above my expectations it fell like I was visiting a family home, they made me and my son so welcome. Thank you so much amazing hotel and excellent experience with the staff. Well done!

Nothing I cannot say anything that I didn’t like it was way above five star.

The hotel is located in front of a metro exit. It was also very convenient as two metro lines run under this hotel. It is also within walking distance from the Opera. During my stay, the temperature in Paris was below 10 degrees C, but the air conditioning worked so well that I never felt cold at all. There was an machine for orange pressée in the breakfast room and fresh orange juice was available daily. There was also a good selection of hot meals. There was a large semi-basement space near the front desk where I could have a meeting with my colleagues.

There was a Starbucks coffee vending machine in this hotel, but it was broken and unavailable throughout my stay.

Location etc. was good and the staff was very helpful.

Loved the location! The metro station was literally at the entrance,very easy and quick to get around the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, coffee available during breakfast hours 😊

Rooms were too tiny(I understand that’s the norm in Paris) but we had hand luggage so it was alright, if we had taken big suitcases,there would have been no place to move around. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient and we didn't have any problems getting anywhere. There are many places to eat around, not too noisy, not too quiet, we stayed for a long time and never got bored. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Thank you very much.

Of the two lifts. One was stopped and there was a long wait.

I liked that my room had the bathroom and closet area in another part of the room...made it more spacious.

the 3 fire alarms - one for somebody smoking in their room - i hope they were asked to leave or given a HUGE penalty. too bad the balconies are not accessible coffee pods and sugar were not replaced daily...i had to ask the front desk which then they offered me to take as many as i needed
