Can’t really fault the hotel regarding food/ staff/ facilities etc. one thing was odd though. On the last day we had to check out as usual, but due to later flights had some time to kill and relax at the hotel. We were not allowed to sit on any of the chairs outside of the hotel in the garden, so would have had to wait a couple of hours in the foyer if we had not gone to the nearby shopping mall. Not a great way to treat clients we thought.

Great location, friendly staff, good food and very clean. The staff are the stars of the show, so friendly and engaging. Big shout out to Mina Shehata, main restaurant, he looked after us, always professional and friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Abdel Basat Ahmed, main restaurant. Mostafa Mahmoud - a very lovely young man who showed us friendship and made us feel very welcome. Olya - Animation Team. The Pool Guys - Mohamed Ebaid, Mahmoud Kamel, Ibrahim Abdelai, Mohamed Abd El Fatah and Ayman Abdel Rady - what a great bunch of young men who made sure we had comfortable sun beds and umbrellas every day. And to our amazing cleaner who gave us works of art in towels and kept our room spotlessly clean Badawy Hussein.

Having to stand in line at the Lobby Bar to get drinks. This is not a reflection on the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating but more staff are needed to improve the service at peak times. It would be great if the crows could be eradicated from the outside dining area. It is lovely to be able to eat breakfast and lunch outside but the crows made it impossible for us to do that as they constantly flock around and swoop down on the tables to grab food. Also, they poop on the tables and chairs.

Everything was amazing, staff are very welcoming, hotel location is very good and the service was very good as well.

Their coffee was not good for a 5 star hotel. They are using nescafe which to me didn’t make sense. Also there was no variety for natural juice at dinner time, we only get to choose from sparkling water or soft drinks.

Beautiful resort. Friendly staff especially the waiters. The staff at the check in desk are helpful and professional. Nabeel allowed us to grab lunch as we came couple of hours earlier, he arranged our rooms to be on the same floor as we had booked 2 rooms. The lads at the bar in the dining room were kind and polite. Mohammed, Ahmed waiters. Lifeguards at the pool Salam and Ahmed were friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff I would definitely recommend it. Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms and big beds with plenty of storage.

Dear Hilton actually it’s not first time for me in the hotel second time for me and first time we had good experience and a back special for the Animation team and when I back have a mine trouble things but the only good thing is I was found in this hotel at the Animation team they are always changing my mood for better and to be honest, recreation also they are friendly and them Manger Mr.Ibrahim but I would like to say big thanks for the Mr.Eslam Aso I like them comedy show so much Aso & Farid , Oumou, Ihab,Dima and if I back again I will come because the animation team

I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent stay with you. There were several issues with my room during my stay. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival - it was clear that nothing had been checked to ensure that everything was clean. Furthermore, the cleaning staff left the door to the room open after cleaning, which does not feel safe. The most serious issue, however, was that water was dripping from the ceiling in the room, which negatively affected my experience. I hope you take this seriously and review your procedures to ensure better standards in the future. The hotel got 8 from me only because of the Animation Team otherwise they wouldn't have even gotten 1 from me

This hotel is an absolute paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, warm hospitality, and luxurious details. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a balcony that opened right onto the beach — perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the food was exceptional — especially the fresh seafood and cocktails enjoyed with our feet in the sand. The beach was private, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, with attentive service throughout. Every moment felt like a dream, and we’re already planning our next visit. Truly unforgettable.

Location is definitely great.

We chose deluxe sea view room. Yes, the room was seeing the see but also nearby hotel which is in construction. Workers were working whole day and we could not get any comfort sitting at the balcony. Breakfast area could have been cleaned more quickly after someone finishes and new one arrives for the tables. It was difficult to find sunbeds around pools and at the beach. The staff should screen the towels left for sunbed reservation and warn people for being more thoughtful about others.

The beach is amazing. Animation team did a pretty good job. Breakfast is adequate. Happy hours for booking.com users

Some of the stuff members were not nice to guests. extras are expensive.

Had omelette twice for breakfast, and it had shells in it. Twice.
