Location was good, lots of food options available all around. Rooms were clean and nice size

I didn’t like that they charged me additional fees on top of my booking.com fees and taxes amount. When I complained to the front desk about the extra fees the representative said they always charge extra fees. My lesson here is that I will pre pay all my stays through booking.com and then they can’t charge extra fees. First time this has happened to me. I have used booking.com for many years and this is the first time I have ever paid extra fees. Will not stay here again.

Convient to get to even with some road construction, Relatively easy to get access to Edm and to highway to Calgary. If needed close to Edm airport. Had a breakfast available and provided a discount for a meal if needed in connected restaurant. The overall entry front desk and access to rooms was okay but could get congested depending on time of day. We were fortunate as we were there coming and going during less busy times.

There was a room that had door open to hall and loud conversations that were easily heard. There were several people out in hall going back and forth where you couldn’t tell if they were guests or employees or other.

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Had no complaints about that. The bed was really nice to sleep in. I was very happy about that. The breakfast was not satisfactory up to what I would say I felt for the value of my money. The breakfast could’ve been better. Had a hard time adjusting the heat. Control it was either too hot or too cold

Location & shuttle to Airport

The room had odor like a musty smell & cig smoke smell n the hallways on the 1st floor. Noise level when you need to get up at 3am for flight & people aren't considerate with kids or adults when they arrive late & are catching elevator nearby or in hallways etc but not hotels fault. It's just not as soundproof, but that happens in hotels where people forget or don't think of the other guests! Value met price but needs some updates.

Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Price was great considering. Room size was perfect. Couch and chairs were comfortable. JTs restaurant was amazing! Overall 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Bed was too firm and could feel the springs through. Shower head was extremely low, which was not great for anyone who was even kind of tall. The breakfast was kinda small and lacking. The elevator is a far walk. Not great for anyone with any type of physical challenge. Lots of barking from dogs.

The location was perfect! The staff was amazing and although it rained and I didn't have a umbrella (I'm sorry I forgot her name but she wore glasses) she found a small umbrella for me to take when I went out that night! I really liked that the restaurant was attached to the hotel! Great touch! Megan at the restaurant was very nice and friendly! Jess upon arrival gave me a 10% discount for food at the restaurant; it was clean and very nice! The drinks and food where great!

Nothing much really! The room is basic but was clean and neat! It's dated but it did the job of being cozy and comfortable; plus it has everything you need! It rained so that was a little bit of a bummer hahah! I wish there was a convenient store around preferably walking distance!

Close to airport and free shuttle service even at 3am in morning. Beds were super comfy

The cooked side of the free breakfast was not that great but contental side had plenty of options. Basically no tea or coffee available in room, had to go down to end of hall where they had a station set up. Had coffee pod machine in room but no milk

The hotel is located in a quiet location of Leduc, it has lots of parking spaces. We booked two rooms, both of them supposed to have microwave per the room info in Booking.com. However, when we arrived late at night, none of the room had microwave. When we talked to Front Desk, Mila at the desk apologized and offered to open the “kitchen” to warm up food. We were thankful for that. We found another issue. The air condition along with its fan didn’t turn on, and it was a warm night. We talked to same Front Desk person, Mila, and this time she apologized again and offered us a room change. She upgraded us to a better room for the second room that had microwave and it was spacious. In the end all the issues we faced were resolved and we had a pleasant stay for two nights.

Breakfast is continental, and the space is very crowded in the morning with limited seating options. More healthy vegetarian and protein choices can be appealing to more hotel guests. Checkin was quick, checkout was a bit long as there was only one person working at front desk and there was a lineup of people checking out.

Loved the onsite coffee maker, coffee available in Lobby and free breakfast ( waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, water) I loved the beds and pillows so comfortable.

The Shower was a bit hard to get out of, a handle for helping would have been good; and the toilet was very low with a small bowl.

Breakfast was pretty plain (boiled eggs, yogurt, fast oat cereal, bread, apple). The key card didn't work, I had to try for a couple of minutes and in the evening I had to come back at reception from the farthest part of the building to reprogram it. No big deal but...
