We had a pleasant stay overall. The city view was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food was never a problem. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a good variety.

There were a few minor downsides: the pillows were a bit too soft for us, the mini fridge was slightly noisy, and my kids didn’t enjoy the scrambled eggs. Also, there was no indoor parking, which would have been helpful in hot weather.

There wasn't an USB port to plug my phone or laptop in the room, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy, the drain in the bathroom was slow to drain, it needs cleaning, there was a soap wrapper stuck in a slot at the top of the mirror, automatic outside door to hotel was only able to be accessed by a card after 9pm..this is too early..should be 10pm

The suite was spacious and quiet. The bed was so comfy and the breakfast was reliable and with variety in a nice venue. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the view from our patio walkout. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The pub on location was excellent.

The only thing was when we asked to have our room refreshed while we were out for the day and returned to it undone. We got the items needed when we were back, but there must have been some miscommunication there.

This is our 3rd time staying at the property the facility is always very clean. The breakfast is much better than any other hotels that we have stayed at in the area. It’s definitely our go to place to stay when we are in Kelowna.

This particular trip we were in town over Christmas to see my husbands mom in the hospital. When asking the front desk if he knew of any places that were open on Christmas Day for meals he handed us the Kelowna dinning guide and said sorry I am not from Canada I don’t know the answer to that.

I preferred the location in the hotel. The one breakfast I had in the corner stone restaurant was less organized and user-friendly.

I still think that best western plus, particular if you are using points, is not good value. We have become acustomed to them and we use you regularly, but there are often less expensive options nearby.

I was upgraded to a suite as it was a busy weekend and I was a single and the hotel needed a room with more than one bed. It was fine for me. Room or suite was great. Clean and well equipped. A little dark because it was in a corner but fine really.

The Breakfast service on the weekend was a gong show because the hotel was full of teams (kids), so for a single like myself it was not pleasant. The food was fine. I just took it to my room. Once the weekend was over and the kids all went home it became quite civilized again. This was not the fault of the hotel - more just a function of being sold out and that's great for the hotel.

This is a nice hotel, great amenities: pool, hot tub...nice grounds and quiet. Their breakfast room is big and many hot items to choose from.

The only issue was checking in late at night. The front desk person took a very long time and we were so tired. They also overcharged my credit card due to their swipe system not working properly. I finally got it sorted out in the weeks after, but it was a hassle.

Great breakfast, loved the pool. Staff was great.

No one cleaned our room after the first night, so we had a pile up of dishes from the breakfast. I called the front desk when we got back from our day out and they said housecleaning must have missed us but were already off shift to come and clean. The person at the desk did bring us some things we needed like towels and toiletries.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the onsite restaurant. The staff was wonderful. In particular, we needed a cot and Mike in maintenance brought one to our room quickly and offered to help us set it up. It was great to have an accessible room and a ground floor patio. The air co ditioning was really appreciated and easy to operate.

The self serve towel and linen approach makes sense. However, we could have used more towels but were shy to ask.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Could not sleep a wink. We stayed for 2 nights. First night, there was a dog in the room beside us that barked all night long. Second night, our neighbours were stomping around and screaming all night. One of the beds had a big dip in the middle and was super uncomfortable. Besides that, hotel was great.
