Hard working, very nice people in hotel. There was hot water / all other hotels we were in in Columbia had only cold water/. Fantastic location close to shopping streets and Monserate. Great swimming pool which is open late with nice music and atmosphere. Comfortable bed, room and very clean bathroom. They cleaned the room every day. Chech- out time is 12 which is better than other hotels. At arrival there was a big group át recepción, a receptionist came out and checked us in QuickTime so we did not have to wait long.When we had a request, they responded in short time. Good value for the price.

Everything was fantastic—the breakfast, the staff, and the location were all top-notch! But honestly, it was the incredible staff that truly made my experience unforgettable. They were so kind, friendly, and understanding, and their patience was just wonderful. They even taught me a few Spanish words to add onto my Spanish vocabulary, which was a delightful bonus! The breakfast offered a great variety and was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend including breakfast in your stay; you won’t regret it!

We stayed there for two nights and flew out to Cartagena, then came back. When we first arrived, the room was hot and the window didn’t open. Upon our return, we asked for a fan and noticed that the drainage system in the shower was not functioning well. However, the staff and the facility were amazing! Would definitely recommend the Grand ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Grand Park in Bogotá, Colombia, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you ever find yourself at Hotel Grand Park, I highly recommend checking out the poolside bar. The ambiance is perfect for relaxation, and the staff will ensure you have an amazing time. Don’t forget to tip them – they genuinely deserve it for their hard work and fantastic service. The Rooms, Lobby and Pool is very nice

That We Where Awake Everyday At 5am because of loud traffic that starts. Maybe they need to put thick glass so that it can be soundproof. Also it was hot in the rooms, we had to leave the very small windows open. There is no airco for cool air. I do understand that Bogota is cold but it is still very nesesary for cool air in the room.

The closed roof pool area is big, and has a bar. The pool is warm and has a kid friendly section. The room was huge, with a big desk, tv and a fridge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet with regular food like bread and eggs, fruit, and Colombian traditional food. Like rice with chicken and soups. Restaurant is good, with home cooked style meals, and special weekly menus. I had one night a fish pasta al pesto that I loved.

Very helpful staff, beautiful luxurious interior, very comfortable beds. It was super clean, my room was very comfortable, the pool had a nice temperature and breakfast offered a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and excellent coffee.

The sauna was only 40 degrees, so not really hot enough for my preference. The rooms are not very soundproof, so you can clearly hear your neighbors and my neighbors decided it was fun to keep shouting in the hallway or very aggressively knock on a door for a long time at ridiculous times (2am or 6am), so I was quite disturbed by that. Also a very small side note: it would’ve been great if the light of the fridge could be turned off as it has a glass door and the light was shining directly at my face as I was trying to fall asleep.

Location, friendly staff, good food and service.

New area/rooms lack trash bins in room there is only a tiny one on the toilet area also, new rooms dont have ventilation in bathroom or an extractor like the old rooms/tower has. New rooms do not have a place to hang your clothes either.

It was a hidden gem! The staff made us feel like family, and the pool and children's playground were perfect for a relaxing stay. The included breakfast was delicious, and they even offer lunch options. Highly recommend for families looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay

they didn't accept credit cards. They also lost the Booking.com reservation, so I had to stay in a different room, but on the bright side, I paid less. Overall, a nice stay with a few minor issues."

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was a nice breakfast each morning. The grounds of the hotel were always keep clean. I love the location.

My only issue was there was a constant bug problem. There were small bugs in the the bed, bathroom, in the closet. I did tell the house keeping staff, they came in and saw the bugs in the bed and changed the bed, but then I discovered that it was the situation of the room. They were not bed bugs and they didn't bite me, I just figured out how to deal with it.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Room layout (bathroom, rain shower, etc.), view and bonus jacuzzi experience was great. Enjoyed the amenities they provide like the swimming pool, sauna, steam room (Turkish Bath) and SPA services.

Restaurant experience: Service needs improvement.
