Great service at check in. Staff was polite even though I had tried to check in early if a room was available. They gave me a room and also upgraded me to a room with a bath tub and that started my stay off on a great note! Pool was great, breakfast decent. Overall value for money and the room and bed were very comfy! It was great for a de-stress staycation and I will be back.

I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub but the hot water that came out of the tub was brown in color. It was quite late, after midnight - so I was too tired to call for maintenance. I didn't get to enjoy the bath tub in the end. Encountered a rude staff at the concierge which was not a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed 3 nights at Hilton Petaling Jaya after not visiting for about 3 to 4 years and I was so impressed by how much the hotel has transformed. Everything looks fresh and new, from the lobby to the coffee house and especially the rooms. The room was beautifully refurbished, spacious and clean, with a modern design that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. I especially loved the bathroom - everything was new, bright and well-designed, with good water pressure and lighting. The breakfast spread was very good, with plenty of variety and quality ingredients. The coffee was great and staff were attentive in clearing plates and offering refills. The bed was firm yet comfortable and I slept like a log every night - one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel recently. Overall, the food was good, the staff were courteous throughout my stay and the entire property felt fresh and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hilton Petaling Jaya now, especially if you haven’t been back in a while - it’s a huge improvement from before. Great job to the team for bringing the hotel up to this new standard.

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like during this stay as the refurbishment was impressive. If I had to mention something, it would be that the parking area still feels a bit dated compared to the beautiful new interiors and it can be a little tight during peak hours. Also, while breakfast was good, it would be nice to see a few more local options in the spread. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Noise from the drilling and construction nearby can be a bit of a nuisance. Also, the path towards the swimming pool could be improved with better lighting and signage. The lifts are also quite old and bumpy, not mentioning one of them is out of service. The room that I stayed had one malfunctioned switch which is located at the bathroom. I had to use the hairdryer using the switch at the study table instead.

The best thing about any hotel is the employees. The personnel in Hilton PJ made you feel most welcomed. The water pressure in the shower cabinet was the best I have experienced todate. Check in check out procedures were smooth and well organised. Excellent SOP. My salute and kudos to the Management and staff of Hilton PJ.

There were only two slightly bad experiences I encountered during my stay. The water pressure in the shower cabinet was so good that the floor trap was not able to cope with it. Probably slightly choked up. I had breakfast in the hotel and the Chinese fried rice (18 Nov) was spoilt. I did ask one of the coffee house personnel to get the chef to check and remove it! Probably the SOP was not adhered too.. Every dish in the buffet line Must be checked and tasted before they are placed on the buffet line. A straight forward procedure that someone obviously forgot to do.

I enjoy staying at this hotel—it has great amenities and the usual Hilton standards in terms of comfort and service.

However, one thing that stands out (and not in a good way) is their strict upgrade policy. Unlike other Hilton properties, this location never offers free upgrades, regardless of occupancy levels. It’s a bit unusual, especially for loyal Hilton guests who are accustomed to better treatment at other locations. Still, the stay itself is pleasant, but if you’re expecting the usual Hilton upgrade perks, you might be disappointed.

Super great hospitality and all brand high level services...me and my family enjoy staying here. The staff was very friendly, from the bellboy, receptionist Ms Rohaya gives me an unexpected early check in with an upgraded room, Mr Azzam and Mr Firdaus surprised my son with complimentary slice cake on his birthday, For Mr Raja, Mr Rizal, Ms Irma and Ms Azlina under care of Mr Syamsul (excellent teamwork) super great breakfast services , hospitality during our family buffet breakfast. Delicious and variety of foods choices and as well as kids friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends and families to come and experience themselves with Hilton PJ. Keep it up team

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The service is five-star, and the staff are fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The hotel is located about 25 minutes from KLCC, which makes it inconvenient for accessing the city’s main attractions. You will need to rent a car or rely on taxis.

Room was nice. bed was comfortable

As I was extremly tired from long journey and jet lag, slept in the morning and woke up at 10:34am. The breakfast service finishes by 1030. I have requested if I still could have some breakfast at 10:34 over telephone but I was told by stuff they wont be able offer any breakfast. I would appreciate if I could get some breakfast as my booking included breakfast.

The staff are so nice and friendly especially Paya Serai’s Irma Yanti. The gym is excellent. The buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast is quite a bit. The room we stayed looked refurbished. The hotel’s housekeeping staff are so dedicated that I saw them checking for dust at common areas and cleaning as they check for perfection! 😳

The bidet in the room, the water pressure is horrible. The common washroom at the lobby area has better pressure. The blinds also are a bit see through at the corner though you close the blinds fully, so caution when travelling with kids. Although the buffet had a huge spread a couple of things require improvement like the fried rice is too dry, Soto ayam soup’s spices tasted raw it must ‘tumis’ properly & the pastry is horribly dry. I suggest steam baking for the pastries. The hotel is still under renovation since last year and the pool unfortunately is still under renovation during my stay.

It was a cheap version of 5 star hotel due to the location

The staff at the check in were not that good. I felt they treated white people more friendly perhaps it’s American hotel. Also keep in mind it’s hard to get a taxi at late time or use grab food, no one will deliver it for you after ~ 6 pm
