Clean, bright, beautifully furnished. Everything you could ask for in bedrooms. Lots of lobby space, divided up into cosy zones with different kinds of seating, an excellent bar and a pool table. Standout breakfast, truly excellent. Bar and reception staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They also let us store baggage after check-in until it was time to leave for the airport.

The restaurant staff couldn’t cope with an impromptu large group for dinner. Had to wait for an hour for the meals to come out. This was a small nuisance in an otherwise excellent stay.

Loved the photo machine in the foyer area, this was a really nice original touch. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, but very expensive compared to other locations, so we only paid for it on the first morning. Room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, with fresh water every day. The lounge areas indoor and outdoor were great, and the location was very convenient for bus and tram.

Left my phone charging cable in the room but this wasn't notified to reception - I asked about this a couple of times after checking out but no luck...

We had no breakfast at the location because in Kopenick old town you can eat quite nice with less than the money they ask for breakfast at the hotel.

I liked everything.

Reasonable quality hotel with a nice large room. Bathroom is OK but showering in the bathtub with a curtain is a bit old fashion. The windows can be opened and are equipped with a mosquito protection. Airconditioning works well. Rooms on the backside of the hotel have a nice view on the Spree river and are quiet. Hotel has a Parking garage. For me the biggest plus is the proximity of Old Köpenick (5 min walk) with lots of nice restaurants.

Nothing serious really. For guests willing to visit center of Berlin, the hotel is quite far from the center.

Lovely location by the river. Very bright comfortable room - and with an opening window! Nice garden by the river.

The duvet was too hot, so we had to run the air conditioning on max to make the room cool enough to bear the duvet over us. But I don't like to sleep with nothing over me. The air conditioning is noisy. Hotels need to provide lightweight covers for summer use. We asked for a double bed and didn't get one, yet the hotel was not full. Breakfast at 20 euros seems expensive. Luckily there is a wonderful cafe across the road.

The room was spacious and offered everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious. The location near the waterfront is great and close to public transport. We loved the free billiard table and table tennis table. Even though we were close to a busy road, the room was very quiet, which was great. Beds were comfy as well.

The bathroom was a bit dated. Some of staff members weren't particularly friendly but others were fine. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel is excellent. Good rooms, comfortable beds, AC worked perfectly to regulate temperature. Stuff was very welcoming and helped to solve all questions and issues. Located a bit far from the center, but close there is public transport stops so it is easy to get to the city and airport. Neighborhood is quiet.

One of the first rooms had bad smell inside but we went to reception and the room was changed without a problem.

Nice hotel for stop over in suburbs Berlin. The hall has a lounge bar posh with warm atmosphere for meeting people and take a rest after a daywork. Restaurant was easy with little menu however the hamburger is got was amazing. All staff were friendly and gentle. The gym is really amazing. It’s rather difficult to find similar gym. Room was comfortable and clean.

Parking. If you are lucky you can find a space in an little square in front of the hotel otherwise you have to use the private park of the hotel. In my room there was a bath tub instead shower.

very uplifting and inviting exterior appearance of the hotel when walking towards it from afar with all the colorful lights inside! nice interior decor and lighting of the lobby and the insides, friendly, calm and professional staff, superb location, near to tram station, comfortable and actually soundproof room with good lights

internet speed problems on a few days

Very generous breakfastbuffet with an excellent outdoor dining area, partly under roof, with a fantastic view of the river and castle. Perfect when travelling with a dog. Nice and quiet room and good access with both elevators and staircase. 10 minutes walk into old town, S-bahn station and REWE-shop. Free parking in the neighbourhood but can be tight to sqeeze in a larger car. Very comfortable beds for both of us!
