This was a very nice hotel, and I enjoyed my stay here. The location is outside the city center, so you get a large room for the European standard. It is very convenient to get to/from the hotel from both the city center and central station (you have to take the tram, but only one line - and it is a 2 minute walk from the tram stop to the hotel). The room was well appointed with a lot of storage space, a comfortable bed, desk, arm chair, and reading nook. The bathroom was spacious, had a large shower, and also had a lot of storage space (on the counter and a shelf behind the toilet). Freiburg is a lovely city and if I visit again, I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel met our expectations according to the description on booking.com. You can be in the city centre in about 30 minutes on foot from the train station and in 10-12 minutes by tram. There are ice cream shop, cafe, far eastern cuisine around the hotel. there are supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also has an adequate breakfast buffet. There is also a coffee machine in the hotel lobby where you can get free coffee. It is a bit outside the city centre but it was a nice hotel experience with clean, comfortable and professional staff.

The size of the room and especially the shower was very nice. Big enough for two. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I like that you have to use your key card to operate the elevator, making sure people from the street can't just come in and rummage the place.

It mentions a restaurant when reading the reviews, so I was disappointed to find out they apparently only sell breakfast. There are two stations in Freiburg, which I did not know, so when searching for a hotel near the station, I assumed it was near the Hbf I arrived at, but it wasn't, it was close to Gbf (whatever that is, but not the main station) and one needs to take the tram there.

This property has an excellent location, situated near various great restaurants, supermarkets, and a convenient tram station. The room is well sized, with a nice spa shower and attractive decor that adds to its charm. Additionally, guests have the option to opt out of room cleaning for a day and, in return, will receive a surprise! 😬

The pillows provided in the room are uncomfortable and need an urgent improvement. Please note that they don't have room service.

Very clean and quiet. Stylish and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom. Close to the tram station and just 2km from the city centre by foot if you don’t want to take the tram or use your car.

Nothing specific to dislike about the property itself, but the parking is way too expensive! It is tricky to find a place to park, but €19 per day is too much. €10 would have been reasonable in my opinion. Nevertheless, it wouldn’t put me off coming back again or recommending the hotel.

Fantastic location on the outskirts of town. Only takes 10 minutes on the tram to get to the city centre. The hotel area has great restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was immaculate. It's new and modern and well laid out. Very comfy bed and a lovely large bathroom. Had a cute alcove which I called my book nook. Juliette balcony too. Breakfast was good. A mix of bread, pastries, meats and cheeses, a few hot things too. Not much for us dairy free folk but there was soya milk and dairy free spread. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a table at a restaurant for us. Its an absolute must!

Would have liked a kettle in the room. A sign to the hotel from the tram stop would be handy.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with various options to choose from. The location is very good, only a few meters away from a tram station and reaching the city center is at most 5 or 6 stops away. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely recommended.

This may be a British thing but super basic facilities a bed and a shower with nothing and I mean nothing else. No facility to make a drink in your room. Breakfast was great. It’s a good hike to the old town but worth the walk.

It was a very cozy and cute hotel. Very clean,they only serve breakfast and drinks which is good because you have enough eateries around. Most of the stuff were vey friendly and welcoming. It’s very close to the train which can take you to city centre. All together I enjoyed my stayed and I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

Nicely furnished rooms, big enough for one person staying for several days. The hotel had a modern Schwarzwald touch. Comfortable bed - and optional to use a 'no cleaning required'-bag which was then filled with candy or chocolate by the cleaning staff.
