The size of the room and especially the shower was very nice. Big enough for two. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I like that you have to use your key card to operate the elevator, making sure people from the street can't just come in and rummage the place.

It mentions a restaurant when reading the reviews, so I was disappointed to find out they apparently only sell breakfast. There are two stations in Freiburg, which I did not know, so when searching for a hotel near the station, I assumed it was near the Hbf I arrived at, but it wasn't, it was close to Gbf (whatever that is, but not the main station) and one needs to take the tram there.

This property has an excellent location, situated near various great restaurants, supermarkets, and a convenient tram station. The room is well sized, with a nice spa shower and attractive decor that adds to its charm. Additionally, guests have the option to opt out of room cleaning for a day and, in return, will receive a surprise! 😬

The pillows provided in the room are uncomfortable and need an urgent improvement. Please note that they don't have room service.

Fantastic location on the outskirts of town. Only takes 10 minutes on the tram to get to the city centre. The hotel area has great restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was immaculate. It's new and modern and well laid out. Very comfy bed and a lovely large bathroom. Had a cute alcove which I called my book nook. Juliette balcony too. Breakfast was good. A mix of bread, pastries, meats and cheeses, a few hot things too. Not much for us dairy free folk but there was soya milk and dairy free spread. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a table at a restaurant for us. Its an absolute must!

Would have liked a kettle in the room. A sign to the hotel from the tram stop would be handy.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with various options to choose from. The location is very good, only a few meters away from a tram station and reaching the city center is at most 5 or 6 stops away. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely recommended.

The hotel is brand new, so there isn't noting to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and there is plenty of space.

The extras are really expensive: 19.99 euro for breakfast per person is from my point of view too much. Parking is also expensive, 19.99 a day. So you could easily end up with 1 night stay for two + breakfast and parking at 180,- Euro, let's be honest... Let's not forget the gym in the building, you could also access that for (if I remember well) another 15,- Euros. I know everyone pumped the prices up because of this and that, but it's not really the consumers fault...

It was a very cozy and cute hotel. Very clean,they only serve breakfast and drinks which is good because you have enough eateries around. Most of the stuff were vey friendly and welcoming. It’s very close to the train which can take you to city centre. All together I enjoyed my stayed and I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

The hotel location was interesting, in a newly developed area, although a fair way out of town. It is well connected with the trams which eases the ability to see Freiburg. The lobby felt relatively generic, which was a little concerning, however the charm of the hotel was in the details, as well as the well appointed bar. Check-in was busy but a relatively quick process, however there was no parking available at our arrival (also the height precluded us using their parking 1,9m) so we used on street parking. The room was very clen and despite it's simple appearance was more than sufficient for the one-night stay we had, with the large room, bed and bathroom. The morning breakfast was well done, a variety of options, to suit each taste, including the champagne, should it take your fancy. The stay was lacking some charm and personal touches, but it was certainly more than adequate for personal and business traveler alike.

The staff appeared to be relatively new, although helpful were not always clear. Two small lifts are not sufficient during busier times, although having two exits at ground level is a smart touch. The appointment of the room was nice, however lacking personal touches that are available in other hotels such as small vanity sets, etc.

Unexpectedly great hotel - very clean and comfortable. Slightly funky/hip design features. Excellent bar service and drinks. Comfy small lobby. Helpful staff. Free luggage storage. Great recommendation provided for wonderful breakfast place nearby.

Location is towards fringe of town - somewhat inconvenient for access to historic/old town (we used taxis/cabs back and forth).

The room and the bathroom are specious, brand new and super clean !! The decoration and the vibe of the room make you feel at ease and relaxed! I would come back for sure!

A negative thing was that we paid for a daily parking spot at the garage,but we were told afterwards that if we leave with our car,the parking spot cannot be guaranteed and other people may have occupied it. This made me wonder why we paid the 24 hour fee in the first place😕. I think it is not quite right and the hotel should maybe charge much less,if the parking spot is not actually yours for 24 hours.

We liked how big, quiet, clean and comfortable the room was. There's also the Straßenbahn (number 2) at the back of the hotel and many facilities all around like Kaufland supermarket, cafes and restaurants. To go to Freiburg's center you can stop and take the tram number 4 at Robert-Koch-Straße or go directly to Hauptbahnhof and change there. We also appreciate the water and the fruits at the entry of the hotel.

That we could hear quite well our neighbours from the room next to us.
