Our kids enjoy the Swimmingpool , me and my husband enjoyed all different types of saunas. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

I believe it will be nice to be able to book half fair, or all-inclusive for family. It would be great if you could have Programms for kid ND Tanagers. Please take long towels if you are going to Sauna

The hotel is 15 minutes drive to europa park ( that was the main reason) Comparing to another hotels it is cheaper. Breakfast included on the price. The breakfast is ok, the coffee is tasty ( from the coffee machine) bread, croissants are tasty also. Basically over all, good. The swimming pool big 1.40 metres deep. They have tennis courts, 5 euros to rent the racquets and ball. Fist hour free. Sauna is available although....you are in Germany, on the sauna people are naked and mixed ( all together)

Well .. Although we would stay again, there are a few things that on my opinion need improvement: There is a lack of direction signals inside the hotel ,a print out with directions would be appreciated on the check-in day. Even on the Hotel website would be nice to have them. The swimming pool is lacking of toilets meaning you have to walk all the way to the breakfast area or go to your room😱 The parking area is big and nice to park but ...why did you put those big stones as a parking separators?? The room was hot ( there were two fans provided) A small fridge would be welcome. I found a problem with the smoke, people go to smoke outside but the door remains open so, the smoke get inside the hotel leaving an unpleasant smell.

The breakfast was very good. There was plenty of food and beverages. There was something for each person to like. The room was cleaned each day and the hotel was clean. The staff was welcoming and answered all our questions.

The signs that indicate the entrance were not easy to fond and a bit hidden by trees.

perfect price for all facilities. we had one small request which was immediately solved. breakfast was extensive

Ideal overnight place during our 2-day visit at Europapark:l late arrival check is nice when visiting this park.

Wonderful swimming pool. Lots of sport facilities. Very friendly staff. Very good price-quality-rekationship.

If you are late for breakfast Some things are finished.
