Great location when travelling between cities but more importantly it was the standard of housekeeping and staff that is the most impressive. We found this hotel to be absolutely spotless and the staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptional and they should be congratulated. Nothing was too much trouble and they went about their work with great efficiency and care for the customer - other hotels should take note at this level and above. Breakfast was included and the selection and quality was excellent as were the staff who continually topped everything up and cleaned tables as soon as vacated. We have been travelling across Europe for two months now and this was the best hotel experience so far - Thank you

Paying for parking in a non city location.

I love make road trip, and I think Germany or all Europe needs more hotels like this one, with flexible hours for check in, because sometimes is just not possible to be there at "normal" time of check in that places usually have. I love it, the bedroom was nice, the bed was ok, the pillows amazing, was good relationship price-quality and also included the breakfast in our price. The staff was also super nice. We arrived a little bit after 00:00 and we could eat or drink something and that is awesome. Definitely I recommend if you love also road trips because also they have parking lots.

The bed was to soft for me, is not that important, but just for the people have a reference.

The breakfast! I was quite good, as well as the room, as far as I remember. Location is not in the center of the town but not far neither, so it is quiet and easy to reach by means of your own car. I think if you like to walk, you could even go on foot and it would not be a very long walk (45 according to Maps), if you want to spare the price of the parking areas in town, and get benefit of the hotel parking that you have to pay anyhow.

The parking, while it was not expensive 5€/day, was a surprise to pay. Honestly, for an outdoor parking, it should have been included in the price from my point of view. Even more, considering you most probably will not leave the car there for the whole day and will take it to move around, and that you have to pay for the parking in town, paying for parking in your hotel feels like overpaying for parking... Maybe it is possible to find a free spot in the streets nearby, but not sure.

We chose the hotel for one night because it was halfway to the destination. Check in was very easy with the previous self check in online. The premises are clean and tidy. Parking was available for guests at a surcharge, although it was also possible to park for free in the public area right next to the hotel. The hotel was ready to receive the package in my name. While other hotels had problems with issuing invoices, here we received the invoice without any problems.

During breakfast, the milk in the coffee machine had a very bad smell. The beds are too soft. The location is not the best because there is nothing else in the area. Room service knocked on our door at 10 am on the day of departure. The staff shouted loudly to each other in the morning during breakfast. The water was not good for drinking, but the hotel did not offer water for free. We went to the supermarket to buy water because it was way cheaper there.

The hotel is absolutely awesome value for money. We keep on travelling, but after a long time with the price we got such a nice room with all the amenities, that too breakfast included. Yeah, about the location: its also good , ample amount of parking space, but a bit outside, so u need to have a car. The bathroom/toilette was also quite bigggg, not like some bird's nest! We were so pleased that we would be first searching for holiday inn Express in other places too, where to we will be travelling.

Honestly, there is nothing which we dint like!!

24/7 check in. We were traveling from The Netherlands to Italy and decided to stop for the night. We arrived at around midnight and the manager on duty Mrs. Marija was really friendly and helpful. She made the check in go smoothly with a tired kid waiting to get to bed. The room was clean not really big but it was only for one night so it was perfectly fine. For breakfast there was a variety of things to choose from and there was even a pancake machine to the delight of the kid. Again the staff was really helpful and product for people with a lactose intolerance available.

Complementary breakfast, choice was moderate but fully sufficient, big spacious room, big and comfortable beds, availabilty of parking, location close to main road

Parking is not free as some guests commented. (Not big deal for 5 EUR/day) some limitations related to fresh air due to outdoor renovations, no room cleanup for 4 days (informed upfront, correctly) for sustainabilty reasons

Convenient located close to trade fair grounds. Very friendly staff, from housekeeping to Frontdesk, all very friendly and helpful. Which is often not the case in European hotels.

My room was right above the entrance & outside smoking area. That created a lot of sounds of people talking there.

The hotel is in very good location, easy access. Clean, quite. Very good quality of breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay.

The washbasin and soap in our bathroom were at too high level therefore not ergonomic. Car parking area is just front of the hotel but costs 10eur per day.

The staff is amazing and willing to help with any problem, breakfast was delicious and included in the price, rooms were clean and very comfy, great bathroom... for a short stay ideal. Free parking as well! The location is a bit further from the center but if you have a car that's not a problem. There are gas stations and shopping stores few mins away by car so you can do your shopping.

The parking outside can get a bit crowded, sometimes it's hard to find a spot. But the staff helps with that too :)
