Size of the room and facilities inside the room were amazing.The size of the bathroom was good for the number of people in the room .could do a not more on wardrobe space, but overall room experience was worth the money.

Breakfast was below standard, the variety wasn’t good enough, the bakery and pastry areas weren’t fresh, too noisy and smell wasn’t great.Not much staff around to help, too many long queues. Should improve to maintain competition with other hotels. Even the room staff should keep an eye on toilet rolls and water bottles in the room. We had to request for these basic services mostly everyday

Very spacious rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, amenities ( toiletries and personal care products) are great and bathroom was superb

Non availability of wheelchair although it was noticed in hotel, but never provided and we had to purchase one , also attitude of concierge when asked for it and that we are not happy and we will share bad review he didn't care which was really bad experience. To be honest the road was blocked by excavation and maintenence which affected the location. It is far from ladies entrance , although they provide shuttle to drop women but they need to make it every 15 minutes not half an hours also at Fajr prayer they need to make it every 15 minutes instead of 1 hr.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff who offered us a upgrade on arrival when checking in. Cannot fault anything. Location is great.

Actually, I gave bit lower rating specially because of staff service was not good on breakfast. Most of dishes emptied and refilled very late. The sitting arrangement was good but due to bad service we didn't enjoyed our breakfast.

Everything as per expectations and enjoyed our stay. Only, staff services need to improve specially the luggage and restaurant staff.

The room was spacious. Location was close to the Gate 37 of Masjid An-Nabawi, for visiting Rawdah which was a plus.

The location is a bit far from the women's entrance. So, if you're travelling with family, please make a note of it. Moreover, the nearby shops are more expensive than the ones in the front of the masjid near Oberoi or Daar At-Taqwa, which is a bit disadvantageous.

- rooms are NOT sound proof: not between rooms, nor hallway or streets. Unfortunately the slightest sound can be heard and easily interrupts your sleep, and we were on the 10th floor! - there is no in-room dining - Breakfast buffe food not very good, almost everything is greecy or used cheap material (nothing fresh)

I spent over two weeks at Pullman during the holy month of Ramadan, and I must say, one thing truly stood out—the level of respect and service provided throughout this sacred time. As a client of Pullman for the past three years, I consider myself both loyal and constructively critical, as I have occasionally encountered inconsistencies in their service quality. However, during my recent stay in Madinah, I was genuinely impressed by their exceptional hospitality. The staff showed great respect, and the overall service during Ramadan was commendable. Special appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for maintaining excellent cleanliness, and the Suhoor buffet team for their attentive and high-quality service. Pullman truly made this Ramadan stay a pleasant and spiritually fulfilling experience.

The staff are very kind, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant manager, an Indian gentleman, upgraded our breakfast because we waited 5 minutes longer to be seated. I felt welcomed like my Nabi would have wanted me to feel. Although I experienced some pushing and inconsiderate behavior from other tourists in Madina, the locals were very welcoming and good-hearted. The little lady at breakfast always greeted us with a smile, and room service was also always on time, if not faster than average room service in other hotels. The WiFi was very stable, which allowed me to conduct business with ease, and there were many quiet spots everywhere to conduct online meetings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a city that once welcomed our Nabi with open arms! I love Madina and Pullman Zamzam, which carries the essence of Madina and its hospitality. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends, and business associates.

The property is a very short walk to the masjid and leads you right towards Makam Rasullulah and Gate 5. The downside to this is for women who have to walk a longer route to get to the Women Area at the back of the masjid. The hotel room was clean and neat. The hotel staff were very respectful and obliged an cleaning requests we had. The meal halls is large and spacious for breakfast. For dinner service, it was only on the Rooftop and is smaller in size. Head for dinner as early as you can after Isyak prayers to avoid the late dinner crowd (if you prefer). Food was tasty and in abundance every day we were there. We were charged $50 riyal a day for parking, which is much less than if charged hourly. You can get the parking pass from the front desk if you need this facility and will be expected to pay cash upfront for the parking pass. The hotel is located on a quieter side of the mosque, so there is no noise disturbance in the room from traffic. This means you can also enjoy ease of walking around the hotel property going to the mosque, shopping or for meals.

The hotel is located on the exact opposite side away from the commercial district. That meant we had to walk about 20 minutes each way towards Bin Dawood for shopping or to look for local eateries. There are not as much shopping options around Pullman in comparison.

The location is really accessible from different points and Masjid Nabawi is just about 100 meters walking distance. Staff is thoroughly knowledgeable about the procedures of Masjid Nabawi and very helpful in guiding with luggage and arranging local taxis as well. We had a wonderful experience staying for 4 days in Zam Zam Pullman Madinah and would strongly recommend you guys for people coming to Madinah to stay at your hotel. There were special Eid celebrations with Alaya dance and Arabic singing along with some sweets and confectioneries. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and willing to listen to and understand guest requirements. Mr. Asif and Mr. Saleem from the bell desk were especially helpful with the luggage and providing wheelchair for my mother.
