The property was centrally located for many of our activities, including dining, biking, shopping, and watching the horse races. The best thing, however, was the staff. Gloria was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Renee was outstanding in her hard work and attentiveness in the kitchen area and her eagerness to make each guest comfortable.

The spa water temperature could have been a little warmer.

We loved Sleep Inn! The staff were so nice. One staff member called us to let us know that our car trunk was open in the parking lot. The bed was comfy, the pool was fun, and breakfast was great. They had eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, coffee, etc.

It could have been a little cleaner and pool probably needed swept. Needing to request room service was a positive and negative. Felt like we really had to conserve our towels, but definitely could have put in a request.

Parents need to learn how to read a sign and not drop their kids off at the pool unsupervised. They were screaming and jumping and talking about Nazi this and it was madness. Loud like a concert. Someone else complained to the staff when we were leaving the area and she took care of the issue.

I never spent the night/morning July 2,3 2025 @ Sleep Inn and Suites Pleasant Hill-Gloria employee as my witness. I purchased the insurance policy # 25182U02YW for that reason. My claim is being put together, thx Currently filing

Our jets in the spa didnt work seemed it was durty also.found a note from the 21 that they had to move the pepole to differwnt room spa wasnt working for them either.

Convenient location, and had all the features I needed for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the hot tub. Also, a. Ice breakfast!

Property was nice and up kept well, nice staff!

The pool was ice cold, wasn’t able to get it. There were a few flaws in the room we were placed in (some food on the wall and curtain)

Good breakfast eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, and more. The hot tub was perfect temperature and the pool was nice. It was about 10 minutes from Adventureland and the casino and 20 minutes to downtown.

Everything was satisfactory.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was very nice. The eggs with cheese were delicious.

We liked everything.

The location and the hot tub in the room was excellent. Plan on staying alot more here

The lady who checked me in was not a nice person she had a snotty attitude and I almost walked out without staying but I'm very pleased with all the other staff and glad I stayed
