We like to stay in Athens because it is half way from our home in Indiana and where we vacation at Pensacola Beach. Your hotel had a great rating and we arrived late to a friendly clerk. Your facility is clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were so soft, and my mom who is 80 and on oxygen, loved your pillows and would love to know what they are made of and where she can buy some. Breakfast was good and our stay started our vacation off right! Also, we all loved your shower-started the day off right!

Loved that not much needed attention upon our arrival. Front desk receptionist was pleasant and informative. Bed linen was clean and countertop and phone, remote and light switches, etc. were clean.

As we cleaned and disinfected, there were a couple of places that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Soap holder in shower still had soap residue from previous guests and the Clorox wipe used to clean the front panel of the microwave was soiled. The morning receptionist was not welcoming or pleasant. If I had to decide on a future stay based on our encounter with her, I would not visit again.

We failed to get the ladies name when we checked in Friday afternoon on June 6th...BUT SHE WAS AWESOME we were on a Trip for my husband having to attend a meeting on Saturday and she allowed us a late check out @ 1:00..Thank you again😀 Very nice Hotel...definitely staying here again Clean safe great location to restaurants With discounts if you present the waitress with your key card

Beds were super comfy, room was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great, good selection of hot foods and grab and go options as well. Very easy to get to, right off 65, and nice parking lot.

The walls are a bit thin, so you could hear other guests coming and going, and as it's close to the highway, some noise from that as well. Bathroom was a bit cramped.

The hotel was perfect location for us as we were just traveling through and needed a stopping point. It was clean. Price was average. Most of our family liked the comfort of the beds, I however was not a fan. I like a more firm bed. Breakfast was a nice plus, so we could refuel and be on our way

My personal preference is a more firm bed. Also the floor could use a shampoo. My grandsons feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room. Also the shower was awkward and cold water.

We were greeted by a smiling Terra when checking in. What an awesome feeing when on the road for 10 hours! The room was super. The beds were very comfortable, and they took our dog! 25 dollars for the night. Breakfast, great, we were in a hurry to get get to our florida destination! My husband loved the hashbrowns.

Only met front desk and she was very cordial and helpful. The room was tiny, but all we needed for overnight. Yes, the rooms are older, but then, so am I. They are well kept and clean. Crazy water pressure, which my husband loved. He said his shower was like a massage.

I couldn't go back and change my rating or I would give it 10. Not fair to downgrade a point when lack of a shower mat was probably just an oversight. We did not have a shower mat which is really needed when you come out of the shower. Water from the shower door drips all over the floor, just like home!

Staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The facility was so clean and well kept that I asked the registration clerk if it was a new building. It was not but she said it was under new management. Their Complimentary breakfast had as much food on it as a Buffet. I would. definetly recommend this hotel.

Shaman at the seat upon arrival was fantastic. He was cordial and helped us find a place for dinner.

Seemed there was little insulation in the walls and someone played their Tv until after 2 am. We had pillows wrapped around our heads trying to block out the noise The bedding made noise( crinkled when trying to sleep.

There was a jacuzzi in our room. What a delightful experience after traveling all day. And when you open the door to your room your name is in the tv screen with a picture of the outside of the motel welcoming you to Sleep Inn Athens.
