My experience at the Best Western Plus was overall enjoyable and relaxing. The staff members were warm, attentive, and made check-in and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. The room was tidy, offering a comfortable environment for rest. One of the highlights of my stay was the whirlpool—truly a standout feature that added a touch of luxury and helped me unwind after a long week. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which offered a convenient start to the day with a decent variety of options. The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and recharge.

While my stay had several positive aspects, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. For the price point, I anticipated a more updated and polished environment. The furniture in the room showed noticeable signs of wear, with visible chips and aging finishes. The walls had scuff marks and discoloration, and the overall paintwork appeared uneven and hastily done. It gave the impression that non-professionals may have attempted touch-ups, which unfortunately detracted from the otherwise welcoming feel of the hotel. An investment in a professional painting crew and updated furnishings would go a long way in elevating the guest experience and justifying the rate per night.

The staff was very friendly, especially Daniel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Location was nice since it was situated right behind a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Our original room had a funny smell to it because someone had recently stained and polished some of the cabinets. Also, our T.V. didn't work. Daniel was kind enough to move us to another room, which was very nice. Much better than the first one. Daniel went above and beyond to make everything right.

The property was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would just be wishing for a few more in-room amenities, but overall everything met my expectations.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with our stay. Greeted by a really cheerful member of staff, tea, coffee etc on tap in the lobby 24/7, a nice touch. We were at the end of a 19 day trip around Florida, so wanted a big room with two beds to rejig our baggage for the flight home (extra shopping!) we were not disappointed. luggage trolleys were useful and not always an option in hotels, we were able to unload quickly. Whilst breakfast was in the reception area it was very good, lots of choices with a hot option, bagels, waffle maker etc as well as cereals, yoghurt. I carried my gym stuff all around Florida but never did get to use it as we were out all the time but the gym looked ample. Laundry facilities were fine too. We have never dined in a Cracker Barrel but after arriving after 8pm, it didn't disappoint to satisfy us and on the same lot too, so fab. A full fridge in the room is always a bonus too to chill the drinks 😀 A big thank you to all the friendly, courteous staff too, every one of them!

We absolutely loved the in-room whirlpool jacuzzi, it made the stay feel extra relaxing and romantic. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth. It’s a quiet spot in a convenient location and it’s now one of our favorites.

Honestly, we don’t have any complaints. Everything was just as expected, if not better.

As always a very convenient location. This was our 4th trip that wa stayed at this location, never disappointed!

The only thing I noticed this time was the crazy TV packaged. I'm not that good with that much new fangled electronics. I finally figured it out by my checkout...

clean rooms close to everything we needed

Some of the property staff in evening needs customer service training. We arrived late and we’re waiting for other family to arrive so brought some of our dinner to eat but was instructed no one was allowed in breakfast area and that we needed to take up to our rooms which we were still waiting on. We were then told only this time we could eat in the building and he was basically doing us a service. The way you talk to people is EVERYTHING. That would be our only criticism which I know it’s hard to find staff but I think he was in a leadership role.

Jackie brews Good Coffee and made up a Terrific selection for breakfast. Jeremy was a very patient, kind, and adept maintenance person with a fascinating knowledge of the history of the hotels' neighborhood. Oscar was very welcoming and encouraged our explorations of the area. Lorena was a thoughtful and attentive housekeeper. Lots of hot water, good shower pressure. Shampoo and Conditioner smelled and worked good. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom very clean. The location made it easy to explore places from down town Bradenton, to beaches, to botanical gardens and restaurants which kept us busy for 7 days - with no repeats! Lots of lighting in the parking area.

Lacking TV channel information. Would be nice to have a Window that opened, even slightly would be awesome (to get rid of stale air) The 'air freshner scent ' in the room was overwhelming - glad we could unplug it while staying there. Would be nice if TV in lobby played something other than just FOX news. Pool was not heated..,

One thing I really liked about this Best Western was how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.

I wish the jacuzzi jets were a little stronger.

Alot of people living in there cars and hanging out in the parking lot between the Cracker barrel and the motel . Staff had to call the police to make them move .
