Early check-in and late check-out were offered at no extra cost, which was a nice start. My room was very clean and newly renovated. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with only one building between the hotel and the ocean. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels, and even free bicycles for 2 hours daily. Breakfast was good, with options like oat milk available.

There’s a daily $20 food credit and two free soft drinks per day, but only sweet drinks are allowed, which felt inflexible—I would’ve preferred water instead. Housekeeping was fine overall, though once they forgot to remove trash. Small gym, but enough equipment for a basic workout. I’d suggest adding yoga mats and disinfectant wipes.

I really liked the location, front desk as well as food and beverage staff were really helpful, attentive, courteous and professional. The room was clean and taken care of.

The housekeeping staff could have been provided better assistance. I had to ask for coffee for my room several times and only 1 time I was given regular coffee. I was told by the staff that all they had was decaf. I specifically remember asking the front desk if I could get coffee for my room at about 1130 and they called on the radio for coffee be brought to my room. I was not even contacted until 3:30 and then they told me they only had decaf. There was a language barrier so really it was just a point to the decaf and shrug shoulders with a half frown face….. I was there for almost a week so 3 regular coffees for my room during that time was unacceptable.

Clean hotel, pretty quiet and great location, close to the beach! Staff was professional and courteous. I was got checked in as early as I could. Breakfast was great! Towel, beach chairs and bike service was good. Gym was good. Card hold from charges took a few days to clear. 15-20 minutes to South Beach. 20-30 to the city of Miami. 20-25 minutes from Miami International Airport.

We didn’t use the $30 daily vouchers. One of the two elevators was down but still able to get around hotel in a timely manner. Pool cabanas seemed not to be in use.

Location, the room was very comfy with the Kitchenette ( you have to ask for pots and pans). Cleaning was good. Bikes available. Good ( basic) breakfast.

To pay for parking ( I looked for Parking included in booking), bikes provided a little old, does not have cooking utensils like cooking spoons. They provided chairs and towels for the Beach but not an umbrella. 30 usd charged dayli to use in chairs, towels, drinks and food ( even if you don’t use it)

Pleasant lobby and courtyard where you can share a meal and enjoy a rest. Great pool area as well. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs provided. The beach is across the street & complimentary access to Community Center is 2 blocks away (lap pool needs reservation but mainly in the morning). Check hours for kids play area. Staff very helpful, especially Gerry who responded promptly to all our concerns.

Wish kitchens had a stovetop (even though upon request an electric plate)

During my 6-day stay, only one elevator was available since the other was out of service, which occasionally caused some waiting. Overall, my only concern was that one or two of the breakfast staff in the morning seemed a bit rude and indifferent.

They offered us early check-in and late check out which was great as our incoming flight was early morning and outgoing late afternoon. They had free bike rental, towel and chairs and close beach access

I paid for a partial ocean view but it was completely obstructed by a palm tree There is nothing to do in the area besides go to the beach

A perfect place for visiting Miami, good location, staff at reception so helpful, such as Andres, who knows how to listen and solve doubts to Customer. Carlos the manager, gave us some tips for visiting Miami and listened to our complaints about breakfast. Happy hour every day from 16-17:30, where you can taste a fresh beer or wine while you chat with the barman Jose, attentive and very pleasant. Special mention to Julio, one of the bellmen, who accompanied us to the room from the garage, showing us the way and helping with the luggage. The room contains a full kitchen and 2 x big TVs. On 3rd floor you can enjoy the pool and gym of the hotel. If you are traveling with children, ask at reception for the pass for the community pools, where there are water slides and various games for the little ones, everything is free, at the hotel's expense. The hotel has its own parking, although it costs $38/day, it has several floors and it is easy to get to the rooms from it. The room was cleaned every day and you could change or ask for more towels without any problem. About a 10-minute walk away there is a shopping area where you can have lunch/dinner or buy something at Publix.

Breakfast is scarce and not very varied, it is run by two older ladies, who are not very friendly with customers. You do not have hot milk or microwave, which makes it difficult to heat some milk for the little ones. The hotel pool is not bad but the water was a bit dirty, the pool shower didn't work either. The shower in the room does not have a door and you have to be careful while taking a shower so as not to fill the bathroom with water. The room has a sofa bed, but it is not very comfortable.

The front desk was very accommodating

I traveled with three dogs and Booking.com did not say that the hotel had a one dog per room policy. I drove 13 hours from North Carolina to find out that they only have one dog policy. I wish your website would coordinate with Marriott. It was very disappointing. Accommodate my small dogs
