The hotel is in a good location if you are visiting Universal Studios. There is a free complimentary shuttle at 8am everyday. Access to shopping malls and restaurants is also nearby, but you'll need a car (Lyft or own car). There is 24hrs supply of tea, coffee, hot water and cold drinking water near reception which I found to be very welcoming and considerate of the hotel.

The use of disposable cutlery and plates at breakfast was not the best thing. I felt that it's a huge waste of resources to throw away all that plastic each day. Standard ceramic plates and steel cutlery would've been great.

The room is large and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Breakfast as always is very good, with waffles that my children love. We were at Universal and the hotel is very close.

We only had one detail during this stay that when using the shower the bathtub was slippery and my companion fell, but without a problem. So I suggest having with the material that you have or that you use to clean.

the room was spacious, beds were comfy, conveniently located for us - close to the outlet shopping centers we visited.

once we arrived and were given cards to our room it turned out the room was not cleaned, I cam down to reception and they have given us different room, and... exactly the same situation. So had to come down again and this third time all was luckily ok.

Breakfast was good. It is very economical for the area near the theme parks, although I did not go to them. Facilities over were very good, but not great! Very good for families and multiple room needs!!

My bathroom had a sticky area on the floor, not very appealing!! The shower head, although designed to move some, could not be adjusted as needed! It was too tight on the pipe! The luggage stand should be sitting outside the closet to be seen upon entry. I didn't look for one, nor did I see it till the next day!!!?

The hotel was nice and clean. Also, it was in a great location. There were no major issues with our stay.

There were only two negatives we experienced. Our neighbors were slamming doors and going in and out their room all night. They were talking, etc,, and acting as if they were the only guest staying there. However, I do not hold this against the hotel staff. The other one was the shower. It was the old tub and shower combo. It is time to update those. The room was nice other than the shower.

Everything close by. Universal Studios restaurants and Stores. The hotel smells so nice and clean. Housekeeping was on point without me telling them I need room service but as a reminder if you planning on leaving out and you don’t want your room clean let the front desk know so they don’t enter your room while you gone. Breakfast was served every morning at 6am different choices and the pool opens at 8am. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it due to it being cool weather. The staff in the morning was very nice and helpful. My room was very clean and tidy with a little fridge and microwave. Came in handy. So the overall of my stay was very comfortable and convenient and this will be my go home away from home.

definitely loved the breakfast. staff are very helpful and accomodating. location is close to universal, very convenient. everyday fresh towels. free parking. over all it was a very pleasant stay.

1st room given was in 2nd flr. but noticed black marks, it seems water marks. but went and asked the reception about it, they said they will check it but just the same we were given another room for our peace of mind. so all are good!

Hampton Inn is pretty much my go to hotel anymore. They always have very clean rooms, great beds with bedding, extremely clean bathrooms, good lighting with tons of outlets for charging all of my electrical items. I like the fact all side entrances require room key to get into the building, made me fell safe. Loved the location and fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot onto the road. Breakfast selections are also good.

Odd odor down in the lobby area on the first floor; wasn't fan of the smell.

Exceptionally well run hotel. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast with something different every morning. Fresh coffee and snacks 24/7 free of charge. Every staff member friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you want a free shuttle to Orlando Studios from the door every morning. Would be my pleasure to stay there again.
