Loication were very convenient for us because we had an event in the convention Center. It was walking distance and if you don't want to walk you have Lime o Burd 2 wheels transportation. The bathroom was good with good shower The whole facility was very easy to walk. Enough parking to be close to your room. They clean the room everyday what was very good! people very friendly.

Beds said that were queen but they were smaller. They were Full. The furniture was not very usefull. Too much but useless. only the desk was good. You can put the fridge and the microwave in better location.

On the booking site it started that parking was available, but it did not mention that it would cost 10 dollars daily, which should have been specified, so one could prepare accordingly. The room was clean, no issues with that, but the mini fridge had the most foul smell, at first we thought there was a dead rat somewhere around that area, then we realized that the smell was coming from the fridge as it only smelled when we opened it. Apparently something had gone rotten in there and it hasn’t been properly cleaned and sanitized.

I had a fantastic stay at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and safe. The location is perfect—right on International Drive, with restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. It’s also super close to Universal and not far from Disney, which made getting around really easy. The on-site amenities were a bonus—three swimming pools, a game room, and a decent little convenience store and restaurant/bar. I felt safe, comfortable, and really appreciated the free parking and no resort fee (which is rare in Orlando!). Overall, an excellent budget-friendly hotel in a prime location. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location.15 minutes to universal. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and they offered pool towels. Bathrooms near pool were clean. Frig and microwave in room. Offers Free shuttle to parks. (Reserve the day before though. Downside there’s only 3. And return shuttle is first come first serve. Fills up quick ) The breakfast buffet was worth the $13. Food was good. Free parking but a lot of spots were blocked off due to construction. Felt safe on premises.

WiFi was horrible in the rooms. Better on main floor, Lobby and pool area. Purchased universal tickets there and the lady printed the wrong date. But booked us on the shuttle the next day. So once we got to universal it showed ticket was expired. Had to go to guest services and wait in line for 90 minutes to get it fixed. Then the entrance line was a mile long.

Would definitely choose this hotel again. Very large compound and has a pool outside plus laundry machines at the bottom of the building. Very handy. Was in a great location with lots of family friendly things to do, pirate cove mini golf, wonder works museum, lots of restaurants, there’s a convenient store downstairs and a restaurant and bar which was good. There’s a bar across the street open until 2am so we walked there after. And we got free shuttle to universal studios at 8am and back at 8pm. Rooms are reasonably priced and clean and maid staff did a great job. Lots of towels and toiletries.

Everything was great except next time I would get a room by the lobby because the hotel was so big we didn’t like walking there. Also Uber was cheaper to Disney it was around $14 so don’t get the hotel service because they use a company that charges more than that.

The location and the convenience of the amenities offered. Also the staff were very very kind. They took care of our luggage while we were exploring the area as it was before check in time. The rooms were very clean and for a short stay it was very comfortable. Our friends booked in the same hotel to be close to the convention center for our event and the hotel made it easy for all of us to be able to enjoy Orlando although we arrived before check in. Would definitely come back!

I would say the location of the buildings they are not marked at all on the first floors. They all have the same numbers so you have to go by the map. At night time im not sure if that’s a good idea. I suggest putting the letter right on the first floor of each building by the corner.

Easy, convenient, affordable option in close proximity to the OCCC and to the local restaurant scene. Even with this being a 'no-frills" type of facility I found it to be functional and certainly a good value.

I did not arrive until 5PM on Monday. Upon checking in I spoke with reception staff about the possibility for a late check out on Friday since my return flight was in the evening. They extended a 12PM, however stated that if I called the front desk on Friday it was possible to extend until 3PM if I was willing to pay the $10 per hour overage. ( I was) Sadly on Friday I was told there was no room at the inn due to being booked. In hindsight I should have just payed for the extra night and left early on Friday since I had an 8-hour wait at the airport. I really wish they could have offered me a rate to stay when I explained my situation especially knowing I was already late checking in upon arrival.

Exceptional location, close to many services, restaurants and parks. Clean and safe rooms well taken care, by switching towels and cleaning the room on each day. They have an onsite restaurant and coffee with fair prices, and have a shuttle to Universal studios. As con, it can be very noisy depending on the room you’re put in and they don’t reinforce the no smoking areas, so depending on your neighbour you’ll smell cigarettes inside your room. Overall, great cost-benefit due to the location.

I found the location great, the staff, the cleanliness of the room, value for money

They made a lot of confusion at check-in. I reserved 3 rooms, 2 in my name and 1 in the name of a family member. Thankfully, someone who speaks Portuguese helped me resolve the issue 2 days later, but they removed the person from the 2-night reservation and transferred it to mine, thinking she was with me for 3 nights. I only made a separate reservation because Braulio was only staying 2 days and I was staying 3.

I loved the property having restaurants inside the hotel was great and location was amazing staff was awesome.

The only thing was when I asked to change the date because the stay was for me and my best friend and my friend had an emergency and could not come down from Miami the hotel said they could not change the date because I booked through booking although I paid in advance and just needed the date changed. I ended up still going from a girl trip I took my husband because I didn’t want to pay a cancellation fee of $89.00. We had a great time and the Hotel is really nice.
