The front door staff was amazing. All of them were super helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choices, pool was crystal clear, the grounds were well maintained, and the room was spacious.

We were on the 4th floor with an aircon that couldn't keep up with the florida heat so our room stayed pretty warm the whole time. The beds seemed to be older and uncomfortable. Twice we asked housekeeping to change our bed linens during our 5 day stay and it never happened. I love that laundry and ice machines were on each floor but they were old and in need of replacement.

Front desk, Ivy, was very pleasant and accommodating. Right from the moment we walked in, as tired as we were, she made us smile and helped us get to our rooms quickly

The carpet in our room was not vacuumed thoroughly, but everything else was clean and comfortable

The hospitality was amazing, The breakfast was amazing, Overall the place was clean and very functioning.

We saw a few roaches, However i do believe someone brought them from home because we were there for 2 days before we seen any.

beds were comfortable, front desk personnel very polite & helpful. room was pretty spacious (as always), very clean. within walking distance to restaurants like Wendy's & McDonald's. Pool was open, water was very nice. My 4 & 9 yr old daughters loved it. Will definitely stay here again

Stayed one night for Cruise next day. Location was great, People were very nice, Nice breakfast next morning. Good Selection, very clean, everything was fresh. Little lady that worked breakfast, was very good at keeping everthing well stocked, keeping food out, and keeping area clean. Very nice to be able to grab coffee and something to eat right at motel before traveling on to Cruise Port. Overall very satisfied.

Was only there for one night and everthing was great.

Nice view of the pool from my room. Parking lot was close to my room on the first floor. Very good full breakfast in the morning. Waffle maker , eggs , variety of danishes and fruit etc.

I would have loved to have used the jetted whirlpool tub in the room , but the jets had visible dirt in them. The tub wasn’t very clean.

Location is great. Rooms are nice and the breakfast was decent.

Most of the staff was pleasant except the 1 very rude unhappy house keeper on our 3rd day. They were always out of waffle mix, we are a family of 3 boys and were only ever able to make 1 waffle because there was no mix. Coffee was ehh.

location was great, breakfast was good I went to my gdaughter graduation hotel close to venue and my daughter’s house so it was perfect in location

kind of a little smell in the hotel / I really think it was due to some water (pond) in back of the hotel..
