My children and I have been visiting this location for years for July 4th- we love the pool and we ask for a pool view so we can watch the fireworks from a cool, comfy room versus being outside in the heat-

we were disappointed to see Tony Romas was closed that was a family oriented restaurant-so we did not have to leave the property at all, however this year we had to leave to go eat dinner since the new restaurant is not very kid friendly- Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The pool area was the best part of this hotel. It had an amazing view of the fireworks going off on the forth of July. All around the vibes, decor, and view were a 10/10.

The most inconvenient part of my stay was the elevator situation. When we arrived the main elevators were out of orders, so we did have to take a maintenance elevator . The situation prolonged getting up to your room, but was not a deal breaker.

Loved location and airport shuttle. All staff were great. Amenities were very good. Loved the Tiki bar at the pool for lunch. Nice coffee shop in lobby. Room and bath were nice and good size. Caswell Massey bath products. Linens and towels good quality. Bed very comfortable.

Furnishings in room showing a little wear/tired. Hallways and room could do with a repaint.

The only negative I have is that the walls seem pretty thin. You can’t tell if someone is knocking on your door or the door next to yours. There were a few times when I thought someone was trying to unlock my door when they were actually unlocking a door close by.

Friendly reception staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Very easy free car parking. Rooms very comfortable and well laid out. Nice bar and food.

They could not find our reservation initially and you dont get Hilton Honour Points if booking through Booking.com

It was nice to have the poolside amenities available late, everyone was out by the pool, relaxing and playing games and listening to music, it was a nice environment.

The chair in our room has a stain on it. Maybe clean or replace that chair. Everywhere else was very nice. The staff were guest friendly.

The shuttle picked us up at the car return and shuttled us to the hotel for the night and then to the airport in the morning. The grounds are gorgeous. We had dinner at Tony Roma's. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They printed our boarding passes for us at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and pleasurable.

We had to leave.

The amenities, location, and overall Hotel were great.

Bed was hard and pillows weren’t the best. Our AC wouldn’t get the room cooler as the temp it was set to so it was very hot.

The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. The staff were kind and very helpful. It was super quiet at night , no disturbances while sleeping. "Great coffee in the restaurant for breakfast". Great stay! Thank you!

Not able to get anything to grab a "snack" after 8p. Maybe a vending machine with various snack options would be something worth considering .
