I liked the layout of the large King room. Living area slightly separated by quarter wall. Large couch sitting area. Nice Desk and mini bar w/sink and refrigerator and coffee service. Large shower with soap/shampoo dispensers. Appreciated the full length mirrors on the closet door and bathroom door. I did have to ask for soap for the sink. Sufficient # of towels for 2 people. Hair dryer. And 3 drawers for clothes/toiletries. Free parking on sight.

The bathroom light in shower/toilet room could be brighter. I had to request hand soap. Internet was okay, had to keep logging back in.

Very nice breakfast everyday, with a variety of options. Rooms were spacious and worked well for our family of 3. Excellent location to major roads and short drive to Woodfield. Pretty nice size pool (but...) All this for a really good price.

Room storage was lacking, furniture needs some updating (but maybe that's how the prices are low?) TV system was awful and really frustrating to use. Only one kids channel too. The pool also seemed like it needed some cleaning (compared to other hotel pools we've been). The awkward size and placement of the bathroom door was annoying. I get it was designed to be wheelchair accessible, but don't do that to every room.

Room size was really good. We booked a standard room. It had a lot of space which was divided in 2 areas - living room area and the bed area. Room also had sofa. We got the room right next to the elevator so where worried that it would be too loud. But the sound isolation was pretty good.

The AC was right next to the bad, so was blowing right at you. The bathroom was tiny. And the wardrobe was awkwardly placed and not very big. But all of those things are no major downside. The room was pretty good.

our room was so big, loved the layout. no microwave in the room but there was one downstairs. breakfast was really good, hot food, and decent coffee. the staff was really nice and friendly. easy parking, right off the interstate. only reason I give a 9 out of 10, instead of 10 is because there was no wifi in the room, which i thought was unheard of in this day and age in the US. also because the pool was so packed, and there were no towels and people were outside the door smoking and coming in and out making it really cold in the pool area. I know some of that they can’t control, but it made the pool time not so great for my grandkids.

The breakfast were good as we expected. Exercise room was good. Staff were very helpful and nice to answer question.

The WiFI service was not good due to disconnected every 5minutes and have to reconnect. It really bother my work and enjoy Youtube from my Notebook. The other thing is no laundry room provided. I have to drive to 8 mins 24 hr Laundry store. Please consider if possible to provide the service.

Convenient location - close to Hwy 90, pet friendly, free breakfast (eggs, ham, potatoes, yogurt, bread, juices, etc.), family friendly, good coffee

Room was clean, but somewhat rundown. Room was big, but shower/bathroom was small. Breakfast selection was good, but if you go after 7:30am, it is all torn apart and things weren’t replenished fast enough. Tables were not very clean - it would be nice if you can provide wipes or something so guests can clean them on their own.

The staff was lovely. So helpful and accommodating.

We kept missing the breakfast because we had to leave early. But when we were able to have the breakfast is absolutely delicious. We were sad. We missed it the other days.

Very very clean! As a hotel housekeeping supervisor I knew what to look for to know if the room was clean or not, and I was very happy with the cleanliness of our room! The pool was nice and big, unlike other hotels! The room was very spacious as well.

The beds are very small, maybe full's but definitely not queens. Almost all of our pillows were very small and flat. Had to ball it up in order to use it and woke up with a nasty headache from it. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub and the pool and pool room were on the chilly side.

I was going to a Christmas dinner an hour away and it was snowing and sleeting at my house. So I was able to book a room that morning not far from the party. I'm so glad I stayed at the Hyatt and didn't drive home in black ice and fog conditions. The pillows were also very comfortable 😁

The location was convenient and had great access to restaurants, shopping, and highways. The staff were extremely polite/helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious and they had great wifi for working.

There were no issues or areas of concern here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I travel for work and this was one of the best stays I've had at a hotel.
