The staff was amazing from the time I booked the room .. to the time I left. The receptionist was very helpful when it came to selecting a room for work.. she made sure I had the best one. The big bed was absolutely beautiful.. I didn't have to worry about waking up with a sore neck. Everyone was very respectful, The Staff was helpful when it comes to asking questions. They gone way beyond their job just to make sure I had the best answers. Breakfast was amazing always warm and delicious.. there was a verity of choices.. Maids absolutely amazing.. I don't think they get enough gratitude for the hard work the do They made sure I had clean towels Clean room, and clean sheets. The Staff was very respectful. When it came down to me working in the room. The do not disturb was on the door . They respected that .. They came back later to see if I needed anything . I had family come and swim in the indoor pool, They given extra towels for that event.. Remind you normally I have to go ask for more clean towels . Nope not here.. They read my mind and had them ready when I gone back to my room.. Like I said the cleaning Staff doesn't get the recognition they so deserve.. Thank you and for the wonderful 5 days stay . What I didn't like about the hole thing and this is very hard to say as well.. that I had to leave... I didn't like seeing myself leaving the amazing hotel.. where everyone their made sure to treat me like family..

Location was easily accessible. Pool and hot tub were spacious. Ample parking. Staff were helpful, friendly and considerate. We did not partake in the breakfast bar but the cinnamon rolls looked amazing and other diners looked happy and satisfied. The best part was the comfortable rooms and beds. Plenty of space and storage. Clean surfaces and bedding as well as dust-free decor.

The only down side is that the hotel and decor are a bit dated and starting to look worn. They are certainly doing their best to keep everything clean and fresh looking but it might be time to remodel.

I was in my way to Lagoon amusement park with my daughter and her friends. I stopped at the hotel to see if we could drop our snacks off so they weren’t sitting in a hot car all day. She let us check in early and deep or stuff off. She was so friendly and kind and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The bathroom ceiling head paint peeling off the ceiling. In the main hall the carpets were stained and needed cleaning on the first floor.

Great mid-priced hotel! The staff was helpful and patient. Breakfast was all we needed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was so great to relax in. All-in-all we had a great little stay-cation for a great price!

It's an older hotel and there were little things here and there that were in slight disrepair, but that being said, it was easy to tell that regular maintenance is being done, and it seemed no little things had become big things.

Clean room, comfortable bed, adequate amount of towels. Young gal who checked us in was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Older woman at the desk inappropriately discussed issues that should not have been discussed in front of guests. She appeared to be boasting about how strenuously her job was but came across as being unprofessional. Breakfast was a compilation of chemicals. Coffee was so bad, I couldn’t drink it. Volume of food elements were not replenished.

I absolutely loved that you had multiple Gluten-free choices included for breakfast! Quick check in, clean room and wifi that worked well.

No fault of yours, but we just had a quick stay, late check-in, and relatively early checkout, so we didn't see or experience much. The room we stayed in, the water didn't ever get very cold at all as we tried to fill water bottles before leaving. We ended up using the sink in the breakfast area instead.

The room was great, very clean and really comfortable. The price I got was great too. I wish I could have stayed for a few more days.

The coffee maker did work but was missing the piece that you put the coffee pouch in so I had to make one out of a cup and hold it in place while it brewed. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn one light on without the other one going off (I hate when hotel rooms have this setup) but that's not a big deal. I also hate how they dim the TVs to conserve electricity. It really bothers me because I like to play video games and that makes it difficult. Other than those small things though this was a great room for a good price

Room was clean & comfortable. Nice to have a microwave for take-out dinner and a mini fridge. Breakfast was good with waffles, scrambled eggs & sausages. Gal at checking was pleasant, professional and they had fresh baked cookies. It was just a place to sleep while passing through so only there for 12 hours.

Tiny bathroom. Road construction on side road to get there was single lane so a bit confusing in the night rain but that is temporary & out of their control.

It was clean and close to the freeway along with other businesses. The staff was wonderful especially Miss Lisa! Breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable.

My bathroom door didn’t lock shut so my baby could open it whenever. The elevator was weird. It would take me to the wrong floor.

Breakfast was quite good. Fruit, waffles, eggs/bacon/sausage, cereal, bagels etc. Nicely appointed room, clean and comfortable for a good price.

Quite a bit of noise from the people upstairs. They didn't change our towels the whole four days we were there.
