We got stuck in SLC for the night and this room was a true blessing. For the price, we were extremely happy with the overall experience. The room was comfortable and relatively clean, the free breakfast was surprisingly good, and the free shuttle was very helpful. Truly, for what we needed (a bed for a few hours on short notice after 16 hours of travel) it could not have been better.

Some of the facilities were a bit run down, though not to the point of being unhygienic or otherwise problematic, just a bit dingy. For example, the room had some damage to the sink and shower though it did not negatively effect function by any means.

This was seriously my favorite room. She not only got me a better room for cheaper once I got there. She also was very safety cautious with my information and the other customers in the lobby. Flipping my id over and never saying my room number etc.. it made me deal a ton safer being a solo women. Plus she was so bubbly and friendly. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Loved her stories of her kids and tattoos. Besides the two I usually run into being here every three months I seriously couldn’t ask for a better set of people to welcome me in. I love the scan cards that you don’t have to swipe.

The pet hallway, the swipe cards lose access to the rooms after a few hours sometimes.

The staff was amazing and so wonderful ❤️ Lyn was so sweet and made me feel right at home and very safe as a solo female traveler which is very important to me. The room was so clean and absolutely perfect!! The cleaning staff was friendly and do an amazing job also

The people who set up breakfast do an excellent job, however so high quality items would be great. Like bagels and real cream cheese or butter and more protein and maybe some fresh fruit.

Really friendly staff upon arrival, I was having a bit of a travel nightmare after having my bag lost and then broken, however April as the GM was both welcoming and accommodating to me having to go back to the airport in my rental car and then using the hotel shuttle. Having a Whatsapp number available or something that isn't a direct phone line for the shuttle would be perhaps slightly easier for us international number users, but this wasn't a huge problem at all. The bedroom was clean, the bed comfy and the overall facilities for breakfast looked good, although I didn't use them with an early departure. The shuttle was punctual, and a reminder phone call from reception would have saved me if my alarm had not already gone off. Well recommended for airport stays in the SLC area.

it was convenient to the airport

the shuttle to the airport was misleading. The narrative stated the times the shuttle was running and left the impression that the shuttle ran at regular intervals during the times. But if you landed at a time outside the shuttle times outlined, call the hotel and they would send out a shuttle. In reality the shuttle did not run at all other than during the times listed and if you were outside those times we had to find a way to the hotel on our own or wait at the airport until we were within the times specified. We used Uber get to the hotel.

Breakfast was actually decent and the person who's job it is to maintain it was on top it. Coffee was made well but not the best beans. Juice was delicious. Sausage steamed was a little weird but still good. Biscuits were good. Bagels were good. Um put the toaster next to bread products tho instead of the coffee. That just isn't good placement. Great coffee creamer assortment. I didn't try waffles.

1.we checked in around 9ish and kids needed showers. No hot water. Luke warm at best. 2. We checked in as 4 guests and yet we were only given 2 large towels. At a minimum we needed 4. Some of us with long hair needed 2 towels. Extra towels should be in the room when I made the online reservation and paid for my room online.

Good place to walk dogs that are allowed so that is nice but we always go to SLC for medical appointment and it is so far from the University Health resources. We feel the breakfast could be much better. No fruit is served and pastries a bit dry. We'd like some granola or scrambled eggs.

Breakfast and each time we go the rates are different so it is hard to know what we are going to be charged. The desk staff very nice and helpful but bottom rooms allowing dogs can hear the upstairs noise fairly well. And although tehre are doggie bag containers there are never any in them and we have stayed there over a dozen times.

The receptionist was amazing. He deakt with people in a friendly but firm way, and managed to deal with a dispute without having to resort to any unpleasant language. The people kept pressing him, but he stood firm. He was also very helpful with many other things. He kept his demeanor pleasant through out my stay desoite beeing alone at the front desk. I really recommend that you give him an extra thank you for all his work.

The shuttle did not fit my flying times. I arrived at mid-afternoon and had a 5.15 am departure. I made it but his airport is so large that it was very difficult. Taxis are realy the only transportation available at other times.

Very good option for a stop over near SLC. The hotel is nicely maintained that serves the purpose. breakfast is enough to get you going in the morning. Having towel art and toilet roll art in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Beds are comfortable and plenty of entertainment on the sat tv. Restaurants are a little far though as the facility is near the airport. All an all a great experience. Value for money.

Easy access, pet friendly

The breakfast options have decreased and the quality is much worse as the price of the hotel has increased. I’ve stayed more than 5 times over the past 4 years and have watched the decline with disappointment. If you offer a breakfast, provide hot options with the biscuits which is all that was offered, juice (not just lemonade), better tea selection, fresh fruit, etc.
