Location. The room was neat and clean and the staff was very responsive.

The main door has a half inch gap all the way around it. The faucet in the sink is broken. The hair dryer was broken. The hair dryer was replaced and foam was put around the gap by the door. Not perfect, but better.

The comfort and location is great! The stay was nice and cozy. The bathroom was good as well. I do wish that the shower curtains do close fully. The shower curtain does keep on moving towards the middle of the shower rods.

A light on top of the bed wasn’t working. There was a mini graffiti on the huge mirror as well. The remote controlled didn’t have a backing to it. But they were all very minor “issues”. We got working air conditioning, running clean water, working refrigerator, working TV, working locking mechanism, comfy bed & pillows, etc.

Very convenient location with the Cerritos Mall (and Performing Arts Center) about two miles away to the east, the 91 freeway a block away (yet I didn't notice excessive road noise in my room), as well as a number of restaurants and the Lakewood Mall a few miles west. Bed large and comfortable. Good sized room with room to stretch out. Always nice having a microwave and mini fridge in room. TV worked fine. Price lower than other options in the area.

If you're westbound on Artesia Ave., my app said I had to make a U-turn to enter the driveway. One time I went to the next stoplight intersection and when doing my U-turn there, had to make it a two-point turn. Easiest approach is from the west. Facility is on the old side and while mostly clean, could use some freshening up.

The location is perfect. The staff and cleaning crew was so polite and respectful. And airconditioning was perfect during a very hot weather.

It's just the smell. We were on a non smoking room but we could smell it from the outside coming in the room, especially cannabis. The lighting was a bit dark, no bedside or headboard lights.

Everything was nice, location, room was nice and presentable. The towels were not appealing they were still very dingy looking which was the only bad thing I had to say about the room was the towels. The customer service was excellent, very friendly, helpful and welcoming to want to not make this a one time thing he made checking in & staying a great experience and I would just like to say to him again, Thank You so very much Joseph for being so helpful and kind to me.

Perfect location on Artesia Blvd. Refrigerator and microwave. Exquisitely clean. Little table and lamp for study, and writing.

NO morning coffee. I stay here every Christmas Eve until Christmas for nearby family Christmas party, and they had coffee pot and coffee fixings in the room last year 2023. But not this year.

Excellent, quiet location right off the 91 Fwy. yet I didn't notice any road noise; didn't notice any noise from neighbors as well. Nice, helpful staff at checkin. Room was large, bed comfortable, seemed to have all the amenities.

Unable to watch TV as I think the batteries in remote were almost dead. Luckily, WiFi was adequate enough that I could watch YouTube on my laptop.

it was clean , spacious, and the location is great . walking distance Fromm groceries and restaurants. also , a lot of parking .

Professional Friendly Staff. Clean and neat room, large Clean refrigerator, ample closet space, reasonable prices. Helpful house keepers. Friendly Black Cat.

Some of the neighbors are noisy, playing loud music with speakers that causes one to feel vibrations and consistent bomb sound. Neighbors with children are loud, more so today than any other day with loud crying. Hard to keep a good parking space in front of your room. That can be challenging for one who is disabled. Fortunately for me there are other parking spaces not too far from my room. And last but not least. Toilet runs after flushing. It requires shaking a little to make it stop. People hanging out side other room talking on phones, and smoking cigarettes in a non smoking room area.

Some people that stayed there were making so much noise , nocking on my door and my other family door, screaming, running on the parking lot , at 1:00 am , I called the front desk and he said he would tell them something, that never happen because they continue to do it , and now they even started saying racist comments , that only happen our last night there , but besides that everything was good
