The location was great, the rooms were spacious, and the market in the hotel was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was beyond friendly, and so very helpful!

We were slightly turned off by the candy and old pasta noodles we found on the floor when we arrived. I think it could have been cleaner.

Conveniently located only a short 10 min walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Park. The pool and water park were great and our kids loved them. It was perfect to come back there for a break from the theme parks during the day. The staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned. It had a really good general store so that we could stock up on snacks, water, breakie, suncream and other things we needed.

Our room was very small. We had a queen bed with a bunk bed for our kids. The kids loved the bunk but the room itself was too small.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation with the large clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our 9 nights stay. When we ask questions about anything they will willing to help immediately. Great location and we felt very comfortable and safe. Easy walk to Disneyland even though it was crowded some days it didn’t stop us from having the best time there. We were so pleased to book with you and would do so in future. Thank you!

We like everything about your hotel. The pool was well set up for the children, plenty of space to walk around with clean refreshing gardens. Also your souvenir shop was handy for snacks and the last minute things to take back to Australia with us. We went over to the hotel across the street and had delicious healthy meal. And walking to Disneyland was wonderful and so close! Thank you for making our holiday wonderful!

The ladies at the front desk were super helpful. I loved that they did stroller drop off and pick up and held it in the lobby for me. The water park, hot tub and pool were a bonus; although we only got to use them the first day. Close walking distance to Disneyland entrance. The smoking area on site was nice, so I didn't have to go to the road. It was very clean and the housekeeping crew were on top of everything. I was offered and approved for a late check out at 1pm and it was accepted for a fee of $30 USD. It was worth it, as our flight didn't leave until 4 pm. McDonald's is a short walk down the road.

A breakfast place would have been a nice bonus. Or a continental breakfast offer would have been nice.

Location and layout of family suite with two bathrooms. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had a couple of issues.

The beds were firm and housekeeping could be better. A wash cloth was left under the sink where we stacked all wet items, moleskin that had come off during showering was left in soap tray in tub area (we had left it by mistake), and carpet didn't get vacuumed. It seemed the only things done were changing the sheets and emptying the trash.

Cathy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I can't sing her praises loud enough. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just incredibly pleasant. My whole family loved her. The cleaning ladies were also awesome! Loved that the property was a short walk away from Disney. We were able to take a break from Disneyland in the middle of the day for some time at the splash pad and pool before returning. We could also see the fireworks from our room in Building 1.

2nd elevator was put of service for our entire 3 day staff - made things a little congested. The shower needs a little maintenance tlc.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and fun pool.

1 elevator broke down and this caused major issues with a full hotel. That needed to be fixed within 1 day as everyone was complaining. Bed and pillow wasn’t comfy causing my wife to have considerable neck pain after 1 week. Please include Apple Pay to settle the bill. As international guests we don’t want to pay the bank fees. And there is no need for physical card these days, little bit old fashioned as the rest of the world has more Apple Pay options now.

The hotel was amazing, the room was very clean and modern and the air con was a good send. The tv was brand new and ready with all the streaming apps. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the life guards were very safety conscious which made me and my children feel safe the whole time in the pool. Overall it made a magical Disney stay even more magical. After reading a few of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about our stay, but the hotel exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you!

The hotel is located very close to Disneyland, about a 10 minute walk. That was very convenient. Our kids really liked the pool area, although the only thing adults could utilize in the pool area would be the hot tub.

We had to pay to park at the hotel. I thought that would have been included in the price of the room. Also, the pool area could have been better. There isn't really a pool, just a hot tub (which is big) and really shallow water around water slides. Also, the water around the water slides was very cold. It felt like hose water. And, it would have been nice if there was a continental breakfast, especially before spending all day at Disneyland.
