It was in a good location (but may be important to note that there’s a small fire station across the street and the siren is a bit alarming). The breakfast was nice—plenty of options offering enough for everyone (would have liked yogurts without fake sugar offered). Price is a little high for what it is.

The bathroom needed to be cleaner—hair in the shower. Also, clearly a previous person who stayed in the room must’ve had the door open at night or had a problem with fruit attracting bugs (fruit flies?). There are a bunch of tiny dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling area.

The staff is super friendly. John/Nico was very hospitable and accommodating to during our stay here, my family and I really appreciate it. I love the fact that its accessible to many stores, gas stations, and restaurants/fast food establishments. Breakfast was okay.

The shower was my only issue, it was very tricky to figure out. It was either scorching hot or freezing cold. Even when I'd found my sweet spot the water would suddenly go freezing cold on me. Besides that everything was a plus.

Great crew great staff. I like their breakfast in the morning there are enough varieties of food selections and drinks from orange juice to guava and many more. I like that my parents they got the room with jacuzzi I don't know if every room has jacuzzi my parents really love that. Location pretty safe at night and they have free parking for all the guests. The room my parents got was very clean and kinda bigger size than other hotels's room. I will definitely recommend. The only think if you need to do an early check in there is a fee of $30 or if you don't want to pay you will just need to wait till 2pm to check in but pretty much very nice cute hotel.

Maybe the fee of early check in should be a little less than $30

Breakfast, room did met my expectations. The facility was nicely maintained and clean thoroughly.

The sound around the room. I was staying with my family including 2 kids and their sleep got disturbed due to the noises of people talking outside. There was a group of high school students staying here and they ruined the atmosphere by making noises, spilling garbage etc. Only at that time i noticed that the management could have handled the situation more effectively by making them comply with the mandated guidelines so that other guests could stay in peace

Cleanliness, overall comfort. Staff kind, afable and professional. We asked for a possible early check in and it was available. Staff on the phone was excellent in dealing with our request.

when we entered the room we found the courtains fallen on the floor and the safety box locked open. We reported this and informed of the hours we were going to be out but things were not fixed. Not a big deal anyway, just for the record

The lobby was clean and smelled clean as I walked in. All staff were extremely friendly. The room was very clean. When we walked in, it smelled like it was freshly remodeled. A nice new, clean smell. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

At first there was no way to plug up the bath tub to take a bath. A very  Then the faucet in the bath tub was very difficult to use. other than that I found the staff to be extremely polite and the facilities very clean in the location. The location was excellent for a lot of things like what, convenient options for locals, unfamiliarf cooking and exotic Asian fairs. you do like going to the drugstore, doing your laundry, other basic day-to-day things that are sometimes hard to find in a hotel. A nice resourceful room engineer, came in after I complained, proud of him of being unable to take care of the bathtub, and took care of it right away. th, very courteous. The lady who prepared breakfast did an excellent job. There were delicious options and a lot of so I appreciated that. So on the balance, it was a comfortable stay and the nice staff compensated for the troublesome bathtub fixtures,

The check in staff were really nice. The room was relatively clean. Good amenities as well as the option for breakfast in the morning. Mini fridge, microwave, and nice big tv was awesome.

Couldn't figure out the shower, so no one could use it. The floors needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom was not as clean as expected to be. Need more blankets! Housekeeping kept trying to walk in on us the following morning without knocking and announcing themselves, so we eventually put up the Do Not Disturb sign. (Security latch worked great!)

Nice quiet good breakfast

Slow response from evening male staff, they put an elephant of a person in room above me and from 8 pm to 11 pm he waked stomping the floor , they should have moved me but instead they called him, at 11 I demanded from night shift a refund and wanted to leave they then moved me to another room, worst feeling when you are tired and can’t sleep because of elephant person above you

Room's ac worked really well. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. Nice pillows, not too soft not too hard, and the kind of bedspread that stays cool (though it may have been the ac). The breakfast was nice. Full spread. Eggs, a protein, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles with toppings, cereal, coffee, yogurt, fruit, pretty much anything you could want. Menu changes daily but I don't mind the changes.

The bathroom was a little weird. Light switch outside the bathroom is a weird decision to me
