There are many positive aspects of the Best Western Plus Country Inn and Suites. The staff were very kind and positive. Really gives you that at home feeling. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was simply amazing. After a long week of hotel hopping at other popular and similar styles of hotels, this place was like getting a reward for choosing them. We all slept like babies. Seriously, I can't say enough about how nice it felt to climb into bed for the night. Loved the sliding glass door that led to the back personal lounge area of our room. The breakfast was probably the best variety of options I have ever seen at a hotel. My family was so excited to enjoy the food. From the yogurt machine, with all the toppings. You would have thought it was an ice cream buffet. The hot plates covered all the bases. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. Then you check out all the juice options as well as the coffee and hot chocolate. It was too cold for the pool, but it was a really nice setup. At checkout, we signed up for the rewards program because, to us, there is really no other option but Best Western. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We stayed in a two-room suite with our two young grandchildren. It was spacious and perfect for the four of us. Nice heated pool - clean and plenty of chairs, tables, and loungers. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at this level hotel - a myriad of choices, and everything was clean and well stocked.

The only negative was that although I had made reservations weeks in advance, I received a phone call late in the afternoon of the day before our arrival telling me there were no more non-smoking rooms available. The only option we had was to cancel the reservation or upgrade to a larger suite - at our cost. We were staying at this particular location because of our plans for the following day, and didn't want to be in a room polluted by cigarette smoke, so we upgraded. The suite we ended up in was perfect - but I really thought the hotel should not have charged the difference - it really wasn't that much (about $50), but it wasn't our fault they had overbooked the non-smoking rooms we had reserved ahead of our stay

After a delightful day of wine tasting in the surrounding area, we chose to stay at the Best Western Red Coach Inn, nestled in wine country. Our room boasted a luxurious king-sized bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Not only was the bed comfortable, but the room itself was immaculately clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker in the room, perfect for starting our mornings off right, and the hotel's swimming pool provided a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel, providing us with a hearty start to the day ahead. Overall, our experience at the Best Western Red Coach Inn was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff that checked us in was excellent, the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The room was fantastic- it was so spacious ! It didn't even feel like a hotel room. The pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in my life and the breakfast.... I can't believe the level of breakfast. About 20 different options that changed each day (included with your stay). It was all so yummy and really and the trip better and saved us a bunch of money by not having to seek out breakfast.

The bed from the pull out couch was not the greatest, but we just ended up piling into the queen beds with our small kids and it worked out great. Next time we'll book a room with a spa tub, but the shower was still great.

The staff were kind, helpful and extremely professional. Our room was booked for the day before by mistake. When we arrived for check in we didn't have a reservation. After we explained to them what happened they refunded our booking fee. And recharged us for the day that we arrived. THAT'S CLASS A customer service. We were so tired and grateful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely book here again.

Everyone was great! Weston, at the front desk, was so helpful! Mitchell, and the entire morning staff, were wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and it included variety. We asked for a nice view and got a room overlooking the garden ~ very nice!

I think the room could use some upgrades but it was very clean and that's what's most important to me.

The receptionist Karla was very kind , efficient and helpful with checking in , we were also able to receive some recommendations on places nearby , the breakfast easily was one of the best I ever had in selection and taste , staff was consistent on replenishing .

Some of the doors were dirty in our room , not a huge deal but it did take a bit away from their cute folded rose and bow towels

The breakfast was great. Loved the fresh fruit. The afternoon cookies were a very nice touch and loved the coffee/latte machine near the front desk. The staff were very helpful and nice.

we requested a downstairs room at the time of original booking several weeks prior, but were given an upstairs room upon arrival. Although disappointing at first, the front desk person made it so that the next day we moved to a downstairs room.

Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast was great, hair dryer & ironing board, t.v. was big, balconys, free cookies upon arrival, restaurant recommended list - Royal China was excellent- 40yrs in business.

Key cards didn't work too good for rooms & restroom by dining/ pool area.

We had the suite with the jacuzi, two rooms, both large, very comfortable and quiet, TV in both rooms, great for the kids. The pool was clean and empty, had a great time. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, well stocked, kept refilling popular items until the end of time. There are restaurants within a few minute's drive, as well as a gas station, close to the highway if you're passing through town but far enough you don't hear it at all. We really enjoyed our stay, will look forward to next time as well.

Everything was up to expectations or better. A great value, not fancy but everything was as we'd expect and in good repair. No complaints.
