We always look forward to staying here! It is always clean, comfortable and a good stay away from home. Location is excellent and right by the outlet mall off the interstate.

The only two things that could have been better but were not deal breakers were that the shower curtain wasn't long enough which caused water to spray out onto the floor and the breakfast hot items seemed as if they had been warmed from the day before. There were plenty of other options but just that the hot items weren't fresh. Again, these were not deal breakers that interrupted our good stay.

Everything was excellent.. check in was swift and the young African american lady that was there from the time we checked into the time we checked out was very accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean with no loud outside noise like we have experienced at other properties. Breakfast was good with variety along with a good fitness room.

The only thing and this was no big deal at all was that a couple of the lights didn't work in the room. The light above the mirror in the bathroom and the light by the desk but again not a deal breaker

Room, facilities and staff were great, and onsite parking is readily available. Hot breakfast has standard offerings, but fully satisfied our expectations and needs. We chose the location as being central for exploring Louisville, Frankfort, Lexington and surrounding areas, with bonus of being very close to premium outlets (just across I64).

The person at the front desk did and said the minimum. I wasn't told about breakfast or any other amenities. When I arrived, my refrigerator didn't appear to be cold, so I addressed it with the front desk. She said she would send maintenance. No one came. It wasn't until I went down to grab something that she said maintenance had gone home and that she'd give me another room. I had already settled in. If I hadn't come down, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have followed up.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent. There were some different options each day. Staff was very friendly and room was clean!

The beds were extremely hard. We woke up sore each morning. The pillows were "feather" type and when you laid your head down, they went flat.

The urn that was used for HOT WATER for teas in the morning, had a taste of coffee in it. Maybe the urn was used for coffee at some point and now has the faint aftertaste in it, even when using it for just HOT WATER. Other than that, the food was good and plenty of choices.

The staff was friendly helpful. The room was great Good size and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious with lots of items ro choose from. Enjoyed the facilities and all it had to offer. The pool area was wonderful.

The pool could have been a little warmer as we stayed in the cold part of December.

Bed, pillows were excellent, slept for 9 hours. Bathroom and amenities were excellent as well. TV was huge, breakfast was enjoyable. I am not a traveler. Drove from Northern Virginia to Simpsonville. Your staff and the hotel made my stay very comfortable. My next stop was in Topeka Kansas at a Ramada Inn. I would never go back there.

As I drove west to Colorado gas prices went thru the roof which had nothing to do with Hampton. You have been highly recommended to family and friends.

The breakfast was generic. Basically the same as one I had a few days before at another Hampton Inn. Not bad, but not like they used to be.

Hampton Inn has been my first choice for years. But, they have embraced the pandemic excuse to lower every metric that you can think of. Pretty much like all the rest now.
