We had a wonderful stay at the Antlers for a couple of days over spring break. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and pillows, and comfy beds. The property was the real star, with lots of games, activities, a pool and two hot tubs, and cool fire pits. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for the season, but looked well taken care of. The staff was absolutely outstanding as well! Green chili at breakfast was delicious. We also loved that everything we needed was walkable from the hotel. We didn't use our cars at all for the two days we were there.

Breakfast was pretty good, but would have loved some fruit options (unless I missed it somewhere). Eggs were a bit too watery for me.

Perfect location in Glenwood! The hotel offers guests several activities to do as well that families can take advantage of. They have all sorts of games available, cornhole, pickle ball courts, they have fire pits lit every night & smore kits you can purchase in the lobby. Room itself was very roomy and my family really enjoyed our stay there.

The only compliant I’d have is that the bathroom door was really hard to open & close and the facet handle to the shower was lose, but we told the property handyman about those on our way out. Everything else was great.

I liked that this property was very family friendly and family oriented and had lots to do just on the property.

I didn’t like that our room had small Maitnance issues and that we were unable to control the temperature of our own room. I also didn’t like that despite being a family friendly place there was a constant plague of smoke coming into our room and car from both cigarettes and pot which was concerning because my kids have heavy asthma and allergies and my husband is just out of Stem cell cancer treatment

We love this property and almost always plan our stays here! The property is beautiful, and nicely maintained. There are beautiful hanging flower pots and flower pots on the railings in front of the rooms! There are many amenities…pool, large covered hot tub, bicycles and e-bikes to rent, paddle tennis, lovely fire pits to gather in the evenings. We had a room with three beds, so very roomy! The property is walking distance to the Hot Springs pool and over the bridge to the downtown area restaurants and shops!

The location and all the different things to do within the hotel!!

The carpet are so dirty they need replacements! Our suite was a four queen bedroom and one sofa with only one bathroom it should have two at least!! The light fixtures are so dirty inside needs better cleaning! The beds comforters were stained when we got there makes you think they don’t wash them since the bed linen didn’t smell fresh and clean!!

I really appreciated the outdoor spaces on the property. Having a playground, fire pits and hot tub available added a lot to our stay. We would love to return in the warmer months when the outdoor pool is open. Also-this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at in YEARS that had good coffee at breakfast. Thank you—as a tired mom this little detail means A LOT, ha.

It would be nice to have some better quality fresh fruit available for breakfast. The only options were whole apples & oranges (oranges were dried out and rock hard). Not accessible or edible for my 4 year old.

The staff is always so nice. We love the breakfast options, the hot tub, and the fire tables at night. We also love the location, we can walk everywhere.

The people in the room next to ours were obnoxiously loud late into the night. The hotel is not responsible for others and I am sure the front desk would have allowed us to move rooms, but we were so tired at the end of the day, we slept through most of it.

Had a lovely stay at this property. The room size was great for our family of four. It was well located for our activities and walking distance to the main cafe and restaurant precinct. The pool and spas were enjoyable too. It also had a very good buffet breakfast.

The rooms were a bit dark. Could have had better lighting. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

The staff were phenomenal! Very friendly, very helpful. Especially Jenn who checked us in. She was cheerful and helped us when we needed to print out a document, very personable. Breakfast

Cleanliness. Initially when getting into the room it was spacious and the beds looked nice. But as we stayed, there was a sticky cup ring on the bedside table, all six towels in the bathroom were damp (seems like they were folded before being completely dry), most of the towels had stains. There was also hair in the bathroom by the tub faucet.

This property has a number of activities you can do onsite like volleyball, cornhole, an playground, pool, and pickleball, as well as bikes. It is walking distance to both hot springs pools. Rooms are clean, breakfast is fine.

The beds were a little soft.
