I liked mainly everything about this location. I was surprised about the fact that Ethan Allen even has a Hotel, let alone the Price Point which was a tremendous value during a work trip. Very clean place, trash Pick up was execptional.

I only didn't like that the refrigerator was unable to reach the outlet socket and I had placed food inside the refrigerator prior to discovering this very fact. The food had the room smelling kind of bad for a second. The second thing that was not okay was me trying to use the business center. I attempted to Gain Entry a few times to no avail.

They gave me a CONNECTING ROOM. which allows sound from the adjoining room to be heard. not a good setup. wish they had advised me about this, I would have requested a different room. Connecting rooms are always bad. Heating system is noisy. fan cycles off and on and off and on. so I had to leave it on, and use earplugs to mitigate noise. Bathrooms could use a nightlight; leaving the bright bathroom light on at night is not pleasant to see at 2am. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but rooms need updating, and improvement.

Generally I like the hotel and have stayed there quite a few times over the past few years. It is comfortable, nicely appointed and mostly very quiet. I will be staying there again in the future.

If there are any minor complaints, it is that sometimes the bathrooms are not 100% clean. Not a big deal to me, but some hairs are left in the bathtub and crumbs and such close the the bed. It could just use a little more attention. It would also be nice to have additional USB outlets, for multiple devices but again, its not a big deal.

The location was good.

Housekeeping did not replace the towels and washcloth and bring in more coffee and cups. We went to the front desk to ask for at least some washcloths and were told there were none. We were retrieved our coffee for the next day. The shower needed some updating when you turned on the shower, the water still ran out of the faucet below.

Rooms large and separate seating area a bonus

We stayed for 6 days - our room was not cleaned on the standard 3rd day nor on the 4th day after a request. We therefore needed to request further towels from reception which was fine but would have expected room to be cleaned at least once during the stay.

When I book they put me on the second floor. I asked if it was near the elevator because I had a broken leg. Then they put me on the first floor, but it was all the way across the building and a very long walk. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything was exceptional and the staff is more than accommodating.

There's a specific front desk operator named Joshua who is MORE than rude and obnoxious. He's argued with me and tried to belittle me and said I have to take my business elsewhere because I was trying to do math on my head which is difficult for me and I asked for his patience even he said to take it elsewhere. There was no one waiting to be serviced so he should have explained everything and helped with my issue. He should NOT be in customer service, let alone Hotel hospitality!

Our entire family members always stay at Ethan Allen when visiting family. It has everything we look for when traveling. Comfort , cleanliness, friendly staff, reasonably priced. For us it’s like home away from home.

High quality facility all-around. A small but not insignificant feature was the mirror set-up in the bathroom. There was space to get right up to the mirror, and with the bright mirror lights it gave an exceptional ability to see all the details needed for grooming.

The hotel was a little pricey, but I don't regret staying there. If it was summer and I could have used the pool, I probably would have felt better about the cost.

the room was not at all what I thought I was getting. My room was comparable to any other cheap hotel room. My room was clean but tub had rust stains and staff told me my section was from 1972 and not updated like the back part. when I booked it I though it was what I was seeing online I was disappointed considering it’s an Ethan Allen
