The young man at the desk upon arrival ( I unfortunately do not remember his name) was 5*! Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about our later destination that night. As soon as we walked through, I thought I was at the wrong hotel because it seemed a much better value than what we paid. Everything was in order and clean. The rooms were laid out good and I liked the unique bathroom door. The housekeeping staff was polite, the indoor pool was clean and the breakfast the next morning was certainly worth the $18.

The only thing I didnt like was leaving. Zero complaints or recommendations

Off the highway , near business park but close to the lovely town. It was very nice. not crowded on a Sunday night and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of storage, beds comfy, breakfast had everything anyone could want. The outside seating and lounge areas were great to relax with a cocktail from the bar. Pool was in great shape. We loved this hotel and wished we had reason to come back to it. Location was great and local towns Bolton etc. are beautiful!

We loved this location and the whole experience. We were there at a quiet time so it was not crowded--this definitely made it seem even better. It was fantastic. Nothing bad to say.

It felt like home,from the reception to our one night stay. The receptionist was very welcoming, rooms very clean,breakfast was superb. The only thing is the swimming pool which needs to be updated to meet the standards of the hotels. Towels looked very worn out and old. Needs updating. Overall,everything looked good.

Swimming pool didn't meet standard of the hotel. And no! water was very cold not heated as specified online.

Breakfast was well worth it and enjoyed the bar during the evening. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was awesome.

I really didn't use the gym, went around the corner to Planet Fitness. Only issue I would say is kids running in and out of the gym, parents nowhere to be found. Just key an eye it.

Staff was very friendly. Accommodations were excellent. Hotel was very clean, especially the bathroom. The hvac was quiet, therefore we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with good quality, fresh food. The cook, Jacob, was pleasant and make an excellent omelet. Hotel was close to the venue, restaurants and shopping

Pillows and bed. So comfortable. I need these pillows at home! Modern decor felt fresh and new. Place was very clean.

Restaurant menu was appealing but they were out of stock on the first 4 things we ordered. A little pricey for a quick stopover but we’d go back if we were staying in the area.

We did not use any of the facilities but our room although a little small was perfect, new looking and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room a little small. A little noise from the hallway from other clients walking by - so maybe better sound proofing. Otherwise perfect.

My first time at this Hilton location, family event at College of the Holy Cross. Absolutely loved it. The place was clean, the entrance was grand and extremely inviting.

Breakfast was not included with the room, but was very good.. you can order almost anything you want for an additional charge of $16.00. This is a gorgeous hotel with a nice indoor pool and workout room. The room was large, the bed was comfortable with large fluffy pillows. Everything was pristine and very beautiful. This is a luxury hotel. It also has a restaurant with room service so you don’t have to go out to eat. It is off the Highway and very quiet. Felt safe for a single traveler.

It was a bit expensive for breakfast not to be included.
