Price was great. We had a king suite with sofa. There was plenty of room. The shower was hot and full of pressure. Everything was clean.

The only things I could complain about would be the bed is harder than I like but my husband did. The pool didn’t look right. Maybe they just treated it with something I’m not sure. It was clear but it had something over the top like a film or bubbles. It’s an indoor pool which is great for winter time or when it rains but we stayed in August when it’s HOT and I didn’t want to feel like swimming in a bathtub. However that’s not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay again.

I liked the bedding, the lobby, the breakfast, the 24 hr. Coffee.

Instructions were not given on how to lower the 2nd outer blind to block out the spot light that was shining on the window. It's an unusual setup with 2 blinds and 2 sets of chains. My husband figured it out, but my friends who stayed there did not and spent a miserable night with the light shining in the window.

The location was good. The breakfast was fair. Not a lot of choices and there were a lot of people trying to get breakfast and not much room for seating.

More available seating for breakfast and they were out of several items .

everything went great except when I checked in.

when checking in I had to wait several hours before I could check in. it had nothing to do on the hotel end it was on your end. Not happy with Booking .com

The staff member that was assisting with breakfast was very nice. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

I thought there would be a full size refrigerator in the room. It was a mini fridge and it didn’t get that cold.

Everything was perfect for our little spring break overnight get away the hotel was close to the attractions we went to see restaurant right next door was great breakfast was good the kids love the pool. The staff was friendly.

They were doing some construction but had signs up that said excuse the mess the pool was great for the kids but the pool area was very loud.

It was clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the en suite whirlpool tub and the complementary breakfast.

Breakfast was ok. Eggs were not good. Very runny. Sausage and waffles were good.

There was nothing besides the eggs and the mattress was uncomfortable. It was a great place to stay.

Every thing was good from the breakfast and it's selections to the location where it was for our events, and the rooms and staff was great.

I LOVED the breakfast, I mean handsome the best comfort suites breakfast I’ve had. I recommend the waffles! the staff was very friendly as well. the only bad thing I have to say about it is that there was a mildew smell in our room. they might have a mold problem at least on the first floor.
