The hot tub, because of my arthritis. Being on the main floor. Up on arrival, the desk clerk was unable to find my reservation. So, I had to call Booking.com. Booking.com had sent my reservation. The hotel supervisor took over, with some research, our reservation was found. Because I had booked two rooms, one room(reservation) was in my daughter's name and the second room had been put in the system with my last name as my first name. With the help of the supervisor, my anxiety was put to rest.

My bed was low and had a sink hole right where I laid.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The key cards were the best we have ever used! The beds were extremely comfortable.

The only complaint is that we chose a hotel with an indoor heated pool for entertaining our 5 year old while not doing other things, and the pool wasn't heated. I couldn't swim with him at all. He would get out with blue lips. After a few days, he was tired of freezing and didn't want to go back. That was disappointing. But we will go back again this summer when we don't need the heated pool.

The breakfast was amazing, the pool was nice, the room was comfortable and staff was good

The tvs were a bit small and you had to turn it way up to hear it. My shower knob was broken but good pressure. The hot tub was nice but water was out of adjustment so the jets blew the water out on the floor and was below the filter by the second day.

It was nice and clean, the pool and pool amenities were really nice. I think the breakfast was busy, but it was better quality than most continental breakfasts.

Well, the breakfast time was definitely busy, the pancake machine virtually inaccessible. Also, the TVs are a little dated for 2025. These were about the most of my problems though.

Breakfast was very good - biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, variety of cereals, muffins, apples, yogurt, variety of juices, coffee, milk; very large room with 2 queen beds, refrigerator, desk, couch. Nice view of downtown from room. Great indoor pool. Also have washer and dryer that guests can use. Also bought tickets for events at a discount in the lobby.

We were out of body wash in our room. Also could have used a plastic bag for our wet clothes. One elevator serves floors 2-3-4 and it was pretty busy even on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Had to take elevator down one floor to get ice.

hotel lost electric the last day. At 77 I had to carry our luggage from the 4th floor stairway to our car because there were no elevators. Two trips with baggage and one trip helping my disabled wife down.o On the other hand, the staff were helping as much as they could. Making sure to prop open the doors and guide people out.

Breakfast was very good

The desk clerk could have told us that when we entered to the right of the front door the side entrance on the right side we would be entering the second floor rather than the first floor took us a little time to figure out what was going on. But that was really no big issue.

A request for the top floor was met. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fruit and muffins. The rooms were cleaner than expected, BIG plus. We didn't hear alot of outside noise.

The room wouldn't stay very cool, no matter how low we set the air conditioning.

Clean, nice staff, helpful staff

Swimming pool was down when are arrrived and not heated. Took 3 days to heat, so we swam the last day. The hot tub which we intended to relax in each of our evenings was not working, being fixed or renovated. I found it on an updated post under Other Information but too late to cancel my reservation. Otherwise, perfect stay and perfect location.

Not in a crowded area. The cleaning solution was a bit strong. I guess that's good. We were referred to McFarland 's for dinner. Very good! I'm so happy to have a frig and microwave. I didn't see the pool. I guess I would give them a 9 out of 10.

The cheese omelets were cold.
