The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the metro station, making it very convenient to get around. The views from my room were amazing and really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was both affordable and absolutely delicious. We traveled as a family of six, including three picky eaters, and everyone loved it, we ended up going every single day! The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I have absolutely no complaints, everything exceeded our expectations.

I loved everything. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such joy from Angel who also guided us in the right direction to the subway and explained things in detail. She was extremely helpful and kind, we need more people like her in the world. Pictures dont do these views justice. I will definitely be back to this hotel, it didn't disappoint, the views were amazing and everything was within distance once on the subway that was like a few minutes walking distance. I've stayed in Manhattan in previous times but this was by far the best stay and the best experience overall. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The cafe only had regular coffee.

The service was really nice and breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so we didn't need too much comfort but it was still good to have a clean room to relax after a long day in NY. It's easy to get into town and especially nice to sleep in a quite area without all the noise from the city.

It would have been nice to be able to book breakfast, so that one doesn't have to wait for a table or service.

Great location with a subway station close by which can directly take you to most main sights in Manhattan. The people at the reception were always friendly and helpful. I asked for a hairdryer because there was none in my room and they quickly provided one. Overall, good value for money for New York's standards.

No refrigerator in the room. Our key cards got demagnetised four times during our stay and we constantly needed to renew them at the reception. The room is not sparkling clean but not really dirty either.

The room and staff were very nice and overly accommodating. The rooftop bar was nice but closed too early. The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor has great breakfasts with great prices. I draw for a living and was able to use the tables downstairs. The location is great and there are several train stations close to the hotel, starting with the 39th Street station. It's in a cool neighborhood with lots of bodegas. Do not eat at the bodegas. There's also a food truck nearby if you look for it. Two or three blocks down is DK Public. It's a great bar, very clean. Ask for Elle or Goose. If you really wanna be adventurous, seek out the Mad Donkey which is a great dive bar. I've always stayed in Manhattan but staying in Queens this time was the most fun. I'm doing it again. It's very close to Manhattan.

I had to use the tables downstairs because the desk in my room had a sliding top which is not stable. While the prices for breakfast were great, the prices for lunch and dinner were stupid. $25 for a sandwich in Queens? It's not Manhattan.

I was welcomed to professionally and politely, I was given VIP parking and a private garage, the bedroom was mint clean The bed was lovely comfortable, and soft, I had a nice balcony with a great view of Manhattan. The Vista sky lounge was a nice place for some great food. Quiet residential community. Had a nice breakfast sandwich as well.

It would be nice if there was dedicated parking during the check-in… but it is New York City! No worries!

More than the amazing view, more than the good location, more than the comfortable king size bed, the most important is the kindness of all the staff. Everyone is so kind and ready to help you if needed !

If I really want to be fussy, I would have appreciate a fridge/microwave in my room but there is a lot of restaurants and little supermarkets around the hotel

The hotel is well-located for my purposes, so I didn't mind that the neighborhood is a bit grim. It certainly seemed safe. The breakfast was good and well-priced, and the room was a good size and on a high floor.

The staff certainly answered my questions, I don't have any real complaints, but I wish they could have turned down the music in the rooftop bar (almost no one else was there). The decor was a little sad, it could use a renovation.

The hotel was clean and within a 7–10 minute walk to the subway station. It took us around 20 minutes to get to central Manhattan, which made getting around very easy. The price–quality ratio was excellent for New York, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The only small downside was that some noise from the hallway or nearby rooms could be heard at times. Would definitely recommend.
