There was a a hot breakfast however it was ONLY waffles and orange juice and coffee. The both night/morning front desk reps where super friendly and helpful. There where security cameras right out side almost every room.

There where stealing signs on the TV which made me feel like I was in an unsafe area. There was crayon drawling on the door and wall the lock on the top of the door was also broken. The room defiantly need to be remodeled.

All was good except for the breakfast portion. They ran out of product and were not in a rush to replenish the items they were out of. They said that they ran out and left it at that, with no further action on their part to make it right or take corrective action. This was at 0700 hrs, and breakfast runs until 0900 hrs.

The place look like a make over. The rooms are nice and clean. About 2 years ago the place was ran down. I couldn't believe how nice the rooms are. I will be definitely going back & the price is very good.

The sink pipe had a leak and water was on the floor. I told front desk and she said she will take care of it.

24 hour coin laundry, free complimentary breakfast and that we got a room downstairs.

The prices of the rooms could've been a little cheaper, especially if the guest was booking for more than three nights. The ice machine wasn't working.

I accidentally hit downtown on my maps, so I was in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. I called the young man at the front desk of my hotel, and said, where are you?? I can't find the hotel..oh my gosh, he was so kind, I was so upset and so mad that I was lost..he stayed kind and calm through my tantrum..he had me put in the address in my GPS., and stayed on the phone with me till I figured out where I was and where the hotel was..I was so happy when I got there..it was my fault, I hit the wrong location on my phone..I was tired..but the young man at the front desk never got upset at me for being, well, frankly quite rude.. I just couldn't apologize enough to him..I was super happy with the location, it was right off the freeway, with a Panda Express behind it..what more could I have asked for!!!

The property is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. All front desk personal are nice and helpful the maids are on top of their job. Karina is great she is nice and is always smiling.

I was upset to find that the pool was closed 😔

Great place I highly recommend it to solo traveler and family's.

The people of Albuquerque and places near by were both friendly and helpful .🫶🙏😇💯

Right now, I don't like how the property says it's sold out of rooms now that I need to book a little longer.

The pool and hot tub were great, especially being it was hot outside. Great customer service.

The breakfast could have been better with more choices.

The beds were really comfortable the shower works great and the room was all together fantastic! It was nice to go into the room that was really comfortable and cool after going outside in the 100ﾟ weather.

My whole family liked everything about this Hotel. We haven't had a good hotel like this in a long time. If I go back to Albuquerque I will definitely stay at this motel!
