We liked the design and the way it was laid out. The breakfast was absolutely the best complimentary we’ve ever had. The evening reception was really an unexpected pleasure I’ve never encountered before in any of our lodgings. This place has amazing personality even though it is dated and could use a remodel. Very popular the parking was packed. Spoke with other guests that were repeated customers. This grand lady has seen a lot of wonderful guests through the years and will hopefully see many more. The hospitality was just outstanding.

The pool wasn’t cleaned and adjacent area needed to be picked up and weeded. 5 min picking up trash and pulling a few weeds could have made huge difference in appearance.

Clean rooms and facilities. Great snacks and drinks for the happy hour. Amazing breakfast. Ask the morning staff at breakfast were great.

When trying to order room service at 9pm, the phones didn't work, went down to the bar sat there for 20 minutes, customers left, no one could find the bartender. A customer of the bar went to find someone at the front desk, who then went to find the bartender. Bartender came back took my order of just cheesecake and didn't come back and say that there was no cheesecake for 20 more minutes. So I requested the brownie, which took another 20 minutes to come out at 9:45pm.

service of 2. persons serving breakfast ,lady asking for rooms numbers I said my room # she understood a different room and asked my name so I give it to here she said you name is not in here go anyways making me feel weird , not welcome there so I look up and she was in a wrong # so I said again and she found me! omelet guy make faces to me because I said first time here how this works? he point something on right side that I didn't understand what he said so I read and finaly decided to order chef specialty I said no onion he said something that I couldn't heard again making gestures of displeasure said No with head movement so he star making my order and when eating my breakfast found onions into my omelet, which I don't like it! but everything else was good!

Staff was great especially Ike, he was tentative and checking if anything was needed during the stay. Also had severe weather while visiting, tornadoes during the weekend but staff was great in moving guests safe shelter. Also breakfast was great.

There were items left under the bed from a prior guest that the housekeepers obviously missed, i didnt bring that to staffs attention i just removed the items and discarded them. And the tornadoes lol but overall stay was good.

Honestly, everything was great! From the check in, to the Happy Hour, the quiet nights sleep, and breakfast. My husband is a big breakfast person and he was very impressed.t. We couldn't complain about the price either. All of the staff was polite and ready to help. We highly recommend the hotel. We will be staying her again when we visit OKC again!

The mattress was fine for me, but it could have been a little softer.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was really nice and the breakfast was better than at other hotels.

My son a had an insulated cup stolen out of our room but it could have been worse because we had a ton of Christmas gifts in there that weren't touched. Seemed like someone went in and took something that they thought wouldn't be noticed or missed. Also I know the floors weren't cleaned well before our stay because we found a dog toy underneath a bed. The only other thing I wasn't fond of was the room size. The room was very nice but very small. Online it said it would fit 9 people but it comfortably fit 6. We made it work though.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful, old-school hotel with excellent suites. Lots of space and a great made-to-order breakfast. Staff was kind enough to give me a first floor room to accommodate my dog, which was extremely helpful.

My room/suite smelled a bit weird, like bathroom. However, this was manageable because I was only staying for one night.

The staff at this hotel could not have been nicer. Normally staff engagement is low, but I was staying due to a car breakdown. The night staff picked me up. The day staff gave me flexible day to day coverage as I needed flexibility while waiting on repair. My pets and I were welcomed and safe. They made a bad situation as pleasant as they could. Kindness.

The room was spacious. Food was delishish.

I couldn't do the pre-checkin, even though I had the emails saying I could do contact less check-in. Also, there was a $50 deposit required even though I had paid for the room online. The room could've been a little cleaner. There were chips under one of the beds and some candy wrappers behind the nightstand.

The room was nice and clean, very cozy. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the front room.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't get a handicap room. In the bathroom the toilet seat was too low which made it hard to get back up. I can't stand for very long and I'm also a fall risk. It was really hard to try and take a shower without a seat or grab bars. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
