This hotel is perfect for our trips to Florida as it is a good midpoint to stop. We have always enjoyed our twice a year stays

When we arrived at 4 pm there was an issue with the front desk as the person just left without a replacement so we could not check in and they were unsure when a replacement would arrive . Good news is I went and refilled my car and by the time I returned there was a replacement who checked us in

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't eat breakfast, but the coffee was great.

The only thing I did not like was that there was no restaurant on the same side of the highway that I could walk to. There was a nice restaurant across the highway, but it did not look safe to cross on foot, and after driving all day, I did not want to drive so I had to make do with the fast food options.

Breakfast was good. Had plenty of variety and everything was fresh. The lady at breakfast was very kind and very welcoming with a smile. More than what most hotels have to offer. Eggs. bacon, sausage, fresh juice and coffee, yogurts, frits, oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal and so much more!

There was a truck 18-wheeler parked outside of the hotel (NOT on the property) that kept its engine on all night. You could hear it from the front rooms of the hotel.

Everything about my stay! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Free parking at the hotel. The location... Just one thing...can you add grits and cheese to the breakfast menu. This will be my stay everything I travel to NC!!

I didn't like that u didn't have grits and cheese (lol). Other than that, the breakfast was great!! I will be back!!

The property was clean and convenient to access. The breakfast was surprisingly nice, offering a variety of things to choose from.

Lack of parking due to the fact that there were a few large trucks that took up multiple spaces. We did find a spot on the other side of the hotel from our room, but it would have been nice to park closer, especially when carting suitcases.

Friendly staff - great location close to many amenities ! Rose in the breakfast area was extremely friendly and helpful ! Easy check in . Very impressed with the cleanliness and newly renovated room and bathroom.

I could not get a first floor room as I checked in a little early and none were cleaned yet . I could have waited but after a long trip I could not wait . Not your fault

We reserved our room on the same day we moved in. Needed an ada room. Everything was good. Grab bars in walk in shower & along wall on commode. Room was clean. We reserved several rooms elsewhere, within last two months & none compared to this room. We had decided to stay an extra night since room was great but it wasn't available.

Located in a busy area, next to walmart.

We like the room, it was comfortable, big enough and clean. We asked for the quiet room and we got one - not sure whether it was the room location or they are all soundproof. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My least favorite about the stay was breakfast - while all the usual items were available, they were not of a great taste or quality. But, it was included and available

We chose the Best Western because we were traveling with pets and their pricing was fair. My husband needed an accessible room and the bathroom more than met our expectations. There was a roll in shower, shower chair, support rails on the wall by the toilet. For pets the grounds were well cared for and the grassy area was large and safe. The hotel has a Walmart and fast food places literally steps out the door. The room was large and had a couch, desk, closet and large bathroom. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the Lumberton area while traveling. The breakfast was surprising...the selection was wonderful - scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice and all managed by an outstanding staff member. She was very proud of her position at the hotel and this pride was reflected in the way she prepared and set up the breakfast.

Breakfast hours seem a bit short to me...6AM-9AM.

The location was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before. The room was very comfortable. I did not like the breakfast, but that is my problem. I do not eat fried eggs, oatmeal, or cereal…. Had a piece of toast.. Wanted scrambled eggs or omelets. I also was looking for an ATM machine in the lobby.
