The Hotel is newly remodeled and the facilities are new. It is very very clean. The towels are new and fluffy an very clean. The bathrooms are not huge but they are ñewly renovated and cleaned to perfection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I was there I got sick and they asked if I was ok or I needed any help and they even gave me some snacks. It is a modest little hotel a bit off the beaten path but I highly recommend it. Also the value is unbeatable in the area at around 100$ or a little less a night. It's definitely worth it because it is clean and classy. Not a trap motel by any means. If you pay cash you have to leave a $100 deposit but I did get it back without any issues. I stay at every hotel in Conroe and this is one of my favorites by far. It will exceed your expectations.

There are no key points I did not like. I highly recommend this little hotel.

Nice, comfortable rooms, with a small kitchenette and a big fridge. No microwave nor silverware, but you can ask for some disposable forks/spoons at the desk. it's really close to the downtown area of Conroe, which is worth visiting, with nice local restaurants.

I was looking for something closer to Lake Conroe, but this was a good enough compromise. I came for a triathlon race with a start early in the morning, and it was 30min away.

The hotel and room was very clean, which I really appreciated and the staff were so helpful and kind.

I thought the website said a continental breakfast, not a bag breakfast. The room smelled stuffy and old, not fresh, even though it seemed clean. Also, I didn't like that it didn't have an elevator.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained both inside and out .The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful..I would stay again and I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Conroe Tx.

The staff was great very accommodating. Lady at front desk did not get her name but she is always smiling very welcoming. I would 100% stay there again

I think they should have somewhere to put cig butts on all intrances they don't so they end up on the ground for the maids to pick up..not fair

Like new. Clean.

One of the beds in our room squeaked with every movement. It became annoying, being that I’m a light sleeper. I kept hearing the squeaking all night with every movement I made.

Staff was excellent and room had more than enough space. The location is perfect where your only a couple minutes from any store/restaurant you like.

The only complaint I have is that the dryer in laundry was out of service.

Very clean and even though they do not offer breakfast they do have "Grab and Go" breakfast bags that have a good variety of breakfast snacks inside.

No Elevator !

It seemed clean. The staff was nice.

It was ok, a little overpriced. No elevator! I paid extra for an ADA room so they couldn’t put us upstairs. We both have back trouble and toting suitcases upstairs is not a good idea.

it was very nice, actually it is a very good facility.

The stove did not work at any time or I did not know how to turn it on. There are no cooking utensils either. You have to pay to wash and dry your clothes.
