Clean interior, a bit of a strong fragrance in the air. The room was perfect size, clean, large refrigerator and has a microwave. Bathroom is small but functional, sink is not in the bathroom and I did like that feature. The heat and cooling worked great. The coffee was not of my liking. I enjoy a stronger flavor. But I can’t complain about that.

Too many special parking spaces for guests in the front. The scent in the lobby was very strong and bothersome

The crowd of children running the halls at all hours, was not enjoyable. I was also assigned a handicap room not sure how that happened, but the hotel was fully booked so I just made the shower area work. Why is there not an option in these rooms for also a full height shower. What if a person that is handicapped comes with someone that is not? Plus the beds were so hard I could only sleep for a couple of hours at a time.

The staff was very accommodating; however, they were understaffed. They all seemed to have multiple tasks to perform, which can lead to not a satisfying customer outcome.

No on checked to make sure remotes were working when they cleaned the room. As a result needed to go to desk clerk to get new remote. . . . the problem was, someone took the batteries from the remote already in the room. The floors could have been swept better. Also, when we went to check out at 6:00 a.m., the breakfast room was not set up. It took asking the desk clerk when breakfast was available . . . HE then started getting it ready. Don't know if someone did not show up or he was late getting started; so, it took another 15-20 minutes before breakfast was available.

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and looked good. There is a pond behind the hotel and access to a greenbelt, which was great for walking the dog.

We had no hot water in the shower. The staff was great and let us shower in another room. They gave us a discount also. The breakfast offered had very limited selection.

Breakfast was warm. Biscuits & Gravy, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, coffee. Breakfast also offered juice and bagels. Great to start the day out with.

Nothing. We liked the location to and from airport and affordable. We actually have another reservation at this same hotel for the night prior to us flying home. It’s convenient to airport with a variety of places to eat nearby. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was OK. Ample and a clean room. Evening desk clerk was very accommodating when we could not get the TV to work.

Surprised that the day-time desk clerk did not know where "The Tail of the Dragon" (Hgwy. 129) was. It's a destination for bikers and car enthusiasts from all around the USA. This was the reason for choosing the motel in the first place. Candidly, Booking.com only indicated it was "within 10 miles" of The Tail, which, while true, was a bit of a hide-and-seek to find without the local help I assumed I'd get (this, not necessarily the fault of the motel but...).

Had a king room for one person, as it was the best price at the time. It was large, had a nice chair to sit in and the coffee pot worked. The coffee pot may seem like a small thing, but stayed many places where they don't. Very quiet, and not far to the airport. I enjoyed my stay

Friendly staff; very good brerakfast and perfect location with plenty of parking.

The floor surface is such that even a very smaal amount of moisture in your feet and you're on an ice rink. Can't believe there are not people slipping all the time. Whoever chose the surface material for the hotel floor was not interested safey. Grab bar (it was a handicaped access room) in the shower was somewhat loose.

convenient, friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast. community green space behind hotel allowed daily nature walks. restaurants nearby.

not told at checkin that we would not have daily towel check and trash removal. since handicapped shower floods floor, needed more towels. Staff gladly got towels for us. learned to place trash cans outside door in am to get daily trash removal. if we had been told at checkin or had note in room, our stay would have had a smoother start.

It was clean and well taken care of and the inside was really clean also and maintained

One person kept slamming there door right across from me not sure what room number it was right across from me wasn’t to bad but they didn’t have to my door shut just fine without any problems but that’s pretty much the only thing
