My biggest win here was the room itself. I came with a smoker, it was a trip meant for him so I booked a smoking room. I expected it to carry the heavy smoking smells because of that. It smelled super clean! The only smoke I smelled was when he was actively smoking. It was a big win. The location had tons of options around the hotel. It had bars, restraunts, and gas stations nearby. The hotel was less than 10mins away from where our concert venue was. Booking.com advertises that the pool is shut down, but it is actively going right now. Bring those swimsuits.!

The wifi was extremely weak. They have firesticks/fire tvs which are cool, but we had to use our phone's Hotspot to watch TV.

The location is convenient to many tourist spots and highways. It was always easy to get to and from the property. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had the typical breakfast fare, but I opted for Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Caney Fork River Valley Grille is right in the parking-lot, and they had delicious catfish and ribs.

The room I had was on the ground floor, so if anyone smoked outside the air conditioner would pull in the smell. The bathroom had some wet spot tiles, but the room was comfortable and met my needs.

It was convenient, comfortable, and affordable.

There were some grease-stains on our bedding, and the property was pretty understaffed. We weren’t able to get the comforter replaced because we couldn’t find anyone to help us. There was only 1 person on the entire property who worked there, and she was excellent! She ran the front desk, cleaned the facilities, and turned over rooms in the day we were there. It’s just not possible for an individual to tend to every guest and room all by themselves. Otherwise, the stay was perfect and I would definitely consider returning!

Very comfortable and loved the live bars and music behind the building. We will be staying again soon.

Me and my fiance spent a weekend getaway and left the hotel to do errands and when we came back our room had been entered by housekeeping without our permission! I was NOT comfortable and VERY upset.! If the person(s) are still staying in the room, NO ONE should enter a room with permission unless an emergency but still in case of emergency they need to be notified.

We were on an overnight trip to see The Grand Ole Opry. We had to be back home by noon the next day. The room was very neat, clean, and more than fulfilled ore needs. There are several great restaurants within a short walking distance. Also, the cost was far less than other motels nearby. They have a free breakfast, but we had to leave too early to take advantage of it. We will stay there again for possible future trips.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Stayed here specifically to walk to local music venues, We were pleasantly surprised. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We were pulling a small trailer and the front desk made sure we found a place to park it. We did not stay for breakfast. Absolutely would stay here again

All was better than expected

That they had a shuttle that took you to downtown and that the place was clean and the staff were great.

That there was not much available for vegetarians for breakfast. I only eat halal so my next option would have been for vegetarian food at breakfast but there was none which I was not good

Loved the location!! Easy to walk around to some stores and restaurants.

Didn’t like the loud music that comes from the nearby bar that is right beside the hotel. Sometimes music was blasting at 1:00am, that is fine if you want to go to the bar, but when I am trying to sleep it is a pain.

It was great. We were very happy with the room, cleanliness, and especially the location. The breakfast room was nice and the selections were good, cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage and a variety of other goodies. If we ever return to the Grand Ole Opry, this will be our first choice for a room.

I like the fact that the room was clean, I have a disability and the beds in hotels and motels are high, and can be an issue with me getting into the bed but the bed here was low enough and comfortable I appreciate that we will be back
