It was convenient, comfortable, and affordable.

There were some grease-stains on our bedding, and the property was pretty understaffed. We weren’t able to get the comforter replaced because we couldn’t find anyone to help us. There was only 1 person on the entire property who worked there, and she was excellent! She ran the front desk, cleaned the facilities, and turned over rooms in the day we were there. It’s just not possible for an individual to tend to every guest and room all by themselves. Otherwise, the stay was perfect and I would definitely consider returning!

That they had a shuttle that took you to downtown and that the place was clean and the staff were great.

That there was not much available for vegetarians for breakfast. I only eat halal so my next option would have been for vegetarian food at breakfast but there was none which I was not good

Loved the location!! Easy to walk around to some stores and restaurants.

Didn’t like the loud music that comes from the nearby bar that is right beside the hotel. Sometimes music was blasting at 1:00am, that is fine if you want to go to the bar, but when I am trying to sleep it is a pain.

It was great. We were very happy with the room, cleanliness, and especially the location. The breakfast room was nice and the selections were good, cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage and a variety of other goodies. If we ever return to the Grand Ole Opry, this will be our first choice for a room.

Perfect location. Shuttle was great to Downtown. Breakfast was good, hot items, great selection too. Staff where helpful. Loved the free parking too, very rare in Nashville Lots to do around the local area

I loved the location! I was there for a church convention at the Opryland Hotel and it was just a short drive.

Honestly, everything was great. Felt safe and the room and amenities were great. Plenty of places to eat nearby too.

The location was great and the room was big and comfortable

The shower head was not working but the heater was okay and there is a bath tub. I did not ask to fix it as it was fine for me. Perhaps also complimentary water should be added

Great location walking distance to live music, or do like we did and just stand on walk way and listen to music from scoreboard. Beds were so comfy clean room just great

No parking at night because of bars nearby

In the bathroom, the metal safety hand rail was not usable. It should have been on the wall beside the toilet, instead the handrail was on the wall behind the toilet, totally useless.

Top notch for cleanliness and top quality beds, sheets and towels.

Had to endure the toxic smell and taste of paint Outside the rooms that lasted throughout our short stay. Otherwise, we were happy.
