We really liked our stay! It’s rare that I give a 10/10 rating, but the staff here truly made the experience exceptional. While the hotel itself isn’t the most high-end and could use a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness, the warmth and helpfulness of the team more than made up for it. From check-in to checkout, the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. I forgot my headphones after we checked out, and when I called the next day, they immediately offered to mail them to me. Catherine at the front desk was super friendly, and Tammy helped arrange the shipping—just one small example of how accommodating they are. They really made our Huntington vacation more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Needs a jacuzzi Liquid Soap in the Shower as an option, next to the shampoo and Conditioner, would be better. Brighter over head light in the bathroom Window seal was high in the room, maybe windows that you could see out of from the couch. Carpeting in the hall ways need to be replaced. A card that says what tv stations are on what channels.

However, my door lock did not work (it was fixed upon my letting them know), the shower stall was not as clean as it could be, and the bathroom door did not stay open; I had to prop it open with the wastebasket.

Very nice location and people were great.

First night was horribly noisy...convention people on same floor. Reported it Saturday and they very nicely moved us. By the way....when I checked my online banking you took out a lot more money than what they charged us. I would like you to take care of that please!!!!!!! I do have the receipt from them.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were really comfy. The staff were all exceptional. It's way more upscale than I'm used to. We didn't have time to check out all the amenities this hotel had to offer. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

A heavier blanket would have been nice, but that's just personal preference. The room was plenty warm. We didn't realize that to park our own car we would have to park on the street. Not sure if that is a problem with the listing on Booking.com or the hotels end. We did see that parking was going to be paid not free before we got there.

The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The extra pillows for each bed was wonderful. The size of the room is good. The booking was easy and the price was good on Booking.com

The parking situation is not great. Also, the end table had coffee stains and the floor seemed sticky. Finally, the shower needs to have larger, printed directions so seniors can easily see the directions. My mother was in her own room and never figured out how to get a shower in her room. The toilet's sound when flushing is way too noisy.

We came in for the marathon right as the visiting football team was leaving, so we could tell the room had been cleaned in a rush, but everyone responded politely to our requests and they did a great job satisfying our requests. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location - close to the Marshall Stadium, with many walkable food options nearby.

The location was great. it is downtown and in walking distance to many thigs to do. The staff was very attentive and my room was large and clean. This is a super quiet location as after 9 pm the town rolls up the sidewalks and there is no traffic or resulting noise. Note the is it an older property and part are being rmodeled.

A Double tree with no cookies? The breakfest is more basic than your standard Hampton Inn, so be aware. At $14.00 a meal you can eat in many local place and have a better selection. Parking is on the street unless you pay a $14.00 daily parking fee. Seems to be a theme.

I do not eat breakfast. It was not included in my room rate. Which was fine. I travel for work a great deal. There is usually complemetary water in the room. I just thought that was funny that there is a charge if you are not a paid membership with the hotel. Anything for a dollar these days.

They did not have us booked with booking .com We had booked through you a king room with a sofa /bed. They were very busy. We arrived around 5:45. They did not have us booked. Nothing from booking . com. We had a print out from you with our name and type of reservation and date but they said you did not book it We lucked out and got a double queen room. I think they over booked and gave our room to someone else Other than that everything else was very good
