A fantastic location with very helpful and attentive Staff. This is a hotel that is conveniently located nest the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 15, and is very close to both the BTS overhead train and the MRT (Metro) underground train, which can get you to most placed in Bangkok quickly and easily, the hotel is very close to some major shopping complexes. The staff from Check-in, Concierge, and Housekeeping couldn't have been more helpful. There is a very decent breakfast, and the Cooks on duty will make eggs to order. A convenient location, great value for money and helpful & friendly Staff. This is a Hotel that is well worth a stay when travelling to Bangkok.

The Manhattan Hotel Bangkok is in a fantastic location 100 metre's from Sukhumvit Road and about 400 metre's from Terminal 21 & the BTS Asoke Station, so shopping, Transport & Restaurants are withing easy distance. The staff are verry friendly and always try to help, no matter how big or small the request. The rooms are comfortable, clean and everything works as its supposed too, and the Housekeeping Staff are delightful to deal with. Breakfast is very average but there is a good variety of food on offer, as well as 'Eggs to Order' just how you like them. All in all, the Manhattan Hotel Bangkok is a good value for money place to stay and reasonably priced.

Location: If someone likes buzzling Sukhumvit, nearby Nightlife, T21, BTS, MRT all reachable in walking distance. The hotel itself it's a bit "older" Gen. Likewise a bit Ambassador. Crowded with Indians. Even the booking was for 2 person, received only 1 key card. Been told they'll give always 1 card only. Well.... Lucky 1 time the receptionist org a cab by Grab. 2nd time asking, been told they call an official taxi cost 500 to airport Suvarnabhumi. That seem at certain hotel kind of standard (Ambassador concierge do so as well). If going by taxomether it won't cost 500 thb. There're other denied it too. If someone isn't overloaded with luggage, it rec to walk 5 min to Asoke. Take the MRT, 17thb to Petchaburi, interchange to Railway to Suvarnabhumi...approx 30 min.... 35 THB .... Anyhow I would return to ***Manhattan.

Just briefly mention: Shower upper glass protection frame dusty Rainshower surface dusty. Especially in 80% all hotels, happen. Reason: Housekeeping don't check ....or not tall enough to reach these rainshowers... Bathroom towels partly a bit in years....maybe management has budget shortages

i stay there about once oer month. staff knows me, treat me wel,, rooms have what is needed, comfy bed. if you need an extra pillow or water, just ask, everythone super friendly The on negative is the housekeeping. i left my room at 7AM, and told the front desk the toilet was leaking and the floor was very wet. at 2pm, i returned, the room had not been cleaned, and the bathroom floor had not been taken care of. i just asked them for a new room, huge apologies, and it was handled this is not the Ritz, but got the money, this deal cannot be beat

The staff friendly, lent an umbrella when requested, doorman where great and the cleaning staff where very helpful.

The Breakfast was disappointing not enough selection and opening times too early, requested and early check-in and was unable to accommodate, asked for a second keycard and was informed id have to wait till the next day for a keycard

All round it was very good from the door man to the reception 👏 very good service and exceptionally helpful 👍 👌.

Room maintenance was very poor very restricted only two packets of tea,coffee, milk powder and sugar per room for the entire day, requested for more but was refused. Kettle not washed overnight water was always in the Kettle. Much more appreciated in room cleaning.

Very clean hotel. Rooms very spacious,huge bed large walk in shower and fridge. Air conditioning worked fantastic was like sitting in a fridge compared to the heat outside the hotel. Staff very friendly

Breakfast wasn't bad had enough but could of had a few more options available.

Reception staff need to loosen up a little. They seem to be tensed all the time. There’s always dust in the room. Twice I had to complain to reception from foul smell from the toilet

Room is big, with living room. A lot of space. Bed is comfy, location is perfect. Across the bar. Very nice.

Staff checked us in wasn't so friendly but that didn't matter, everyone could have bad day. Overall it's fine.
