Staff and position

The renovations were very noisy and restricted easy access to rooms. A discount onRooms would have been appreciated to compensate for this. The builders music was as loud as the pool music and this made it very uncomfortable noise wise. The stairs were very tight and access was shared with staff motorbikes.

At the first, many thanks and appreciation to the reception staff Ploy & Kate for their support, as well as all thanks to the house keeping staff for making the stay more comfortable, enjoyable and quiet. The whole atmosphere of the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to all the services you may need, the kindness of the staff, hotel facilities, living rooms, shower, the commitment to not smoking inside rooms and balconies, organizing breakfast.

Just it would be appropriate if some Arabic dishes in the breakfast buffet

Good quality accommodation, modern style and a very comfortable bed, location is central but quiet, easy walking distance to all local places in Patong, breakfast was very good, food was hot which is unusual for buffet style, varied choice too so very impressed

The access to the beach and the sea views

We were not informed of current refurbishment happening and had a lot of noise from the works. Luckily the ocean beach waves crashing helped drowning out the grinders!

The location was excellent opposite the beach and close to restaurants and activities. Breakfast staff fantastic and a shout out to Katty for her warm welcome each morning.

Beds too soft.

The newly renovated rooms in the new wing were very nice as well as the location of the hotel.

Doesn’t look n feel like a hotel but more like serviced apartments because of the lobby as well as the 3 separate detached wings n separate pools

Location perfect. Beds super cumfy. Bathroom had perfect non slip tiles. Breakfast awsome and variety huge. Pool awsome and pool bar great.

Yes there was construction and we wernt told prior about it but it is what it is and tuned it out. Except for when the strong smells came thru the air con ventilation. It did get fixed promptly. Would like to have a exhaust fan in bathroom.

Great location! We could walk to most of the hot spots. Lovely staff. Nice touch getting a warm cookie on arrival. Great buffet breakfast. Thanks to everyone x

Even from the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a warm cookie and great service. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were soft. Location was amazing and close to most things we were interested in. They reception desk always had someone available to help with booking day trips. They even responded to online messages fast that we didn't experience with other hotels. The hotel had a great atmosphere and were close enough to the beach, just walk over the street and enjoy the sun. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. It was just perfect.

People who complain about this hotel has no idea what they are talking about or just trying to be difficult. Great rooms, air conditioning was perfect, soft bed, wide range of breakfast, friendly staff and room service was available at all times.

Room was very nice #1433, 3rd floor, very quiet, good air conditioning, didn't hear any noise from the pool, pool was clean and always a lounge chair available as well as towels, loved the power jets inside the pool for a little massage. Location a few blocks from Bangla Rd and across from the beach and the malls were close by. Cookies were too good Front desk was able to have my freezer pack frozen for my departure

Some towels were torn, no USB plug by the bed, no ac in the elevator or a fan. Didn't see any no Durians or Mangosteins allowed signs. Pool wasn't deep
