My stay at this five-star hotel was phenomenal. From the warm, professional staff to the exquisite cuisine, every detail exceeded expectations. The immaculate décor and luxurious amenities added to the experience, making it truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.

I usually don’t write reviews but the staff were so wonderful. Everyone was so attentive. From check-in with Brandon to the butler service, and most exceptional were the gentleman at the beach. Friendly and attentive! I will stay again. My room was gorgeous…especially the luxurious bathroom with the ocean view from the bathtub. The breakfast was healthy and delicious!

The most amazing resort experience I have ever had. I have travelled the world, hang out with people of any status. I have been blessed to visits and experience the most wonderful locations worldwide. Even been in Jennifer Lopez home in LA. But I do believe, the St Regis Hotel in Sadiyat Island is the best hotel experience I have ever had. And I explain why. They are always available at the phone, very kind . They are always available to book anything you want. I booked a superior room with breakfast for my girlfriend birthday . When you book this package, In the hotel the water is free all day every where. In the adult pool, ice creams and fruit is also free all day . The breakfast in Olea is amazing . Many options of food. Especially the outdoor part is amazing, with the view and the birds. Seems to be in a movie. Basically with the room and the breakfast you still have many other benefits. Best value for money ever. You park the car, and you are treated like a king. I went there for my girlfriend birthday. The resort is beautiful. the view of the sea is amazing. Actually it is a marine natural reserve. The water of the sea is so clear. It seems the Maldives. The resort is beautiful. The room are very spacious and comfortable. The staff are all very polite, kind, professional. When I went to my room, they left roses petal on the bed with a cake for my girlfriend celebrations (free of charge) . They made the experience truly special. We spent the day on the beach and the service was 10/10 . Phenomenal. You can eat and drink anywhere you go in the resort. We spent the time in the adult pool which is gorgeous. Very relaxing. Beautiful people, everyone is respectful. Great vibe overall. I want to deeply thank “ Francis “ the waiter at the adult pool to make this day truly special and all the other staff in the adult pool too. Which they surprised my girlfriend with a cake , and signing happy birthday. A truly magical and unforgettable experience.

I stayed too short. I would have liked to stay longer. I would actually rent a property there for 1 year.

Lovely room with twin queen beds for me and my son. Very clean. Having a supermarket and cafe / pharmacy on site is brilliant and helpful. Staff were so lovely particularly our room cleaning staff and the staff at breakfast. Staff at the family pool amazing. Every single one. Couldn’t do enough for us. Loved the fruit kebabs and ice lollies given out throughout the day. Plus the free suncream and water in ice buckets. Lovely service.

The family pool is basically the only pool you can use if with kids. The adult pool is stunning but can’t use it and it was empty most of the week we were there. Why not advise guests the pool will be opened up to families with kids over a certain age? It’s empty anyway? Also can’t be called two pools as they’re basically one big pool on two levels but you have to get out to walk up a couple of steps to get back in the other. Better design needed to have some internal steps taking you from the higher pool to the lower one.

The stay overall was exceptional with a beautiful room and a wide selection of facilities. However, the highlight was the exceptional staff, with Arshan, Orshen, Francis and William who staffed the Adult Pool going above and beyond in every regard. Both me and my partner came away from our short trip in agreement that this was probably the best hotel experience we've had - a beautiful hotel and fantastic service.

The only minor complaint would be the quantity of construction works and maintenance, although given that our stay coincided with Off-Season in the UAE this is understandable and unavoidable.

The overall property is beautiful and it is the most stunning beach in the UAE. The service by the adult pool was amazing (as always!).

Due to it being the Eid weekend the hotel was extremely busy but it was not that busy on the beach yet the service was non existent - it appears they have removed the call buttons from the sun loungers so it was impossible to call an attendant so after 25 minutes of trying we left the beach for the adult pool. Additionally, during breakfast, we had to wait briefly to be seated but the restaurant was so busy and loud we could not enjoy breakfast and decided to leave with a takeaway coffee. It was very disappointing given the hotel is renowned for its breakfast that we couldn't enjoy.

From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from Elena and impeccable service by Adil, Hark & Anas set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the pristine beach and the Arabian Gulf. Every amenity was thoughtfully considered, adding to the sense of comfort and indulgence. What truly stood out was the level of personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, addressing every request with professionalism and genuine care. Thank you for letting us experience the hospitality which is second to none. Well done!

May be just to add directional signage of facilities on Guest floors, i always ended up on wrong direction :D (May be there were & i didn't spot them) Rest you literally cannot point out anything one would not like.

Located on the best beach in the country in my opinion. Rooms are huge with big bathrooms and spacious balconies. Food is excellent, high quality ingredients, no fast processed foods - pretty rare to see in buffets. Breakfast lasts until 1pm(!). The gym is fully equipped with everything like a normal commercial gym squat rack, smith machine, all the machines your can think of under the sun and dumbbells up to 50 kg (!!). Pools are great. Staff are super friendly and professional, they let us have early check in and check out. The butler service is very good, they went in to our room while we were eating dinner and made it ready for bed, put the blinds on, reorganized the bathroom - I mean the level of service is super high. No to forget to mention the delicious big platter of chocolates and fruits they greeted us with as well. Listen, this hotel is up there, truly amazing.

All was great experience. I love Saadiyat island and location of St Regis Hotel was to the point. Early February, sea water was quite cold so went to tanning with great view to walk long distance at the beach and enjoyed warm pool water. Breakfast menu was massively diverse and delicious. Butler treated us exceptionally well and we have welcome sweets and fruits to our room. Front office and reception services were excellent. The only challenge was that we were not granted later check out (only one hour) and we had to hang around hotel sites for extra 5 hours before departing. Overall, I recommend this hotel to resort lovers.
