The staff were all friendly and helpful. Reception staff were quick and friendly with check in and check out, ms ZHOR GOUJIL was very helpful and welcome us and give us free upgrade Housekeeping were also quick and helpful with towels. The life guards at the pool were so good with the kids and friendly.

late checkout was not given , only one hour we explain that we are from AL AIN , but they tell no rooms

The moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the bell boy who took care of my luggage’s, from the taxi. I was again warmly greeted by the security and front office staff especially the Indian guy who was so friendly conversing with me when he was doing my check in process which was s very swift and smooth. I was then taken to my room, my luggage’s was assisted by a gentle and good mannered security guy, sorry I forgot his name, he is from SriLanka. The location is very much optimal for all facilities including, 24hrs super market, many restaurants but in my honest opinion don’t miss the hotels King’s Grill buffet lunch and dinner which is provided at very good discount for the hotel guests and the food is amazing. Very good private beach and good view from my room balcony. Though the day I was vacating was in full rush Mr.Meahmood gave me a short late check out. My sincere and hearty praise and thanks to all the staffs of RAMADA BEACH HOTEL. Will surely visit again.

Road crossing to the private beach which is again o.k just a minute or two but better if there is a over head passover directly from the hotel to the beach.

This is a budget option considering many similar rated options. Location is good and the private beach is the best part. Reception was not so welcoming, the staff looked confused and even i had a doubt if they have room for us. They were looking like lost at some point. I was staying on "suite" but this was on third floor, normally suites which will be the best option in an hotel will be on higher floors but here that was not the case. The balcony of the suite is much smaller than lower categorized options, and that was a surprise. But the size of the suite was good. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked good, along with gym. Private beach is a nice addition to the fun but for accessing the beach, need to cross the road. Parking behind the hotel was just Ok. Overall, a good budget stay or a weekend getaway kind of hotel. Food was good, there were many options available and i am not sure that was because of new year time. Generally good experience.

Reception was not warm, staff looked confused. Suite balcony was smaller than other rooms, the view from the suite balcony partially towards next room balcony.

Breakfast was very good and neatly served. The location is very nice as so many restaurants and supermarkets are available nearby. The beachfront makes it even more enjoyable and fun.

My room was large and had a great view of the beach. The bedroom was secluded, making the noise levels from the road even lower. My room was kept clean daily and the WIFI was fast and of good quality. The gym was adequate and I especially loved the steam room. The food was delicious, with a variety of meal choices of the buffet throughout the day. Because I had the full board booking, I saw more of the same meals daily for the seven nights of my stay. Be that as it may, I enjoyed the food. I appreciated the Dubai Mall and Beach shuttles, as that saved taxi fare to and from Dubai. The staff were amazing and so helpful! Even when I wanted to change rooms (and eventually changed back) they were patient with me and very caring. The restaurant staff, cleaners and attendants were always smiling and really made me at ease as a solo traveler.

I couldn’t use the gym as frequently as I wanted to because the indoor heated pool and the gym share the same room (gym is up the stairs). This makes it difficult to breathe optimally during a gym workout. Perhaps the property can find a way of having the best of both worlds in this regard. Although the dessert was delicious, the choices were limited to the same hot puddings and cakes. The fruit option was always watermelon. The smaller bus shuttles to Dubai mall are uncomfortable when you are seated in the middle aisle. It would be better if the larger bus can be used when the small bus is full to capacity, as the drive to Dubai is quite long.

Our room was spacious and offered a mesmerizing view. We're truly pleased with the overall service. The housekeeping and room service were excellent, and we can't forget to mention Janaka. He was a key factor in making us feel at home with his very positive attitude from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel during a busy time, but everything was managed smoothly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the beach facilities, although the sea was a bit challenging to navigate. I believe that was simply due to the natural sea conditions. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The staff is well-trained to manage the busy environment without causing any stress for the guests. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience

It has a private beach just accross the road and indoor pool,wet and dry sauna. After check out we left our luggages at the reception and continued to use their facilities (the pool, sauna and private beach)

This is not my first stay in Ramada Ajman. The price is adequate to the quality. Good breakfast. Of course, rooms with a sea view are preferable. Due to a change in plans, I had to extend my stay and there were rooms with a city view only. Well, so-so... This time I did not use the beach or bus service to Dubai Mall, it was already too hot. You can soak your feet in water the temperature of fresh milk in the evening right opposite the hotel. Dinner with a good choice and an adequate price, but not for every day. For variety, there are many delicious places in the area. Special thanks to the guy Aboul for the high-quality cleaning.

In room 607 the water in the shower drained very poorly. Even with low pressure the bathroom turned into a swimming pool.

The rooms are a bit outdated

This hotel was exactly what we searched for! We wanted a hotel near the beach including a good restaurants with local and internal food. For people who want to chill and just relax this hotel in the emirate Ajman is perfect! The private beach is directly in front of the hotel passing the street. You will get a fresh towel everyday and there are a lot of comfortable sunbeds enough for everybody. The beach has a small shop with all necessary things and a lot of activities to offer - beach volleyball, jetski, bananaboat, etc. - we had a lot of fun. The beach is clean and guards are always watching the conditions in case of heavy waves. The hotel restaurant and staff is extraordinary! We stayed 10 nights and everyday one new meal was offered compared to the last day besides the overall possibility to choose from fish, meat, vegetarian and desserts! Also the breakfast was really great and we were very satisfied! The hotel offered daily rides to the Dubai Mall and the Ajman Central Mall for free! Also the service of the concierge and the lobby staff was great. We were able to change our room without problems due to construction works on the beach side - but we were informed about this before. The staff speaks and understands English but some Russian would be useful, too ... 95% of the visitors were Russians.
