Our 15-night stay at Millennium Place Mirdif was absolutely fantastic! We were a family of four and truly felt at home from day one. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms, comfy beds, and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist. The location is perfect: peaceful yet close to everything we needed, and the Mirdif neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of charm. It was the perfect base for our Dubai adventure, and we created so many unforgettable memories there!

I recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Mirdif, a new property with spacious rooms and reasonable amenities, based on a friend's recommendation who lives nearby. Unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. The room I booked was supposed to include a sofa bed, but it didn’t, and despite reaching out to the front office, several hours passed without any resolution. Given the hotel’s apparent busyness—despite being off-season in Dubai—I was eventually given an extra bed, but it was far from comfortable, leading to a sleepless night. The following morning, breakfast was equally underwhelming, so I requested a room change. The new room was an improvement, but again, issues persisted: the stove didn’t work, and the AC stopped functioning after midday. Frustrated, I went to the reception and asked to speak to a manager—this was when I met Jawad. Jawad’s professionalism, patience, and dedication were immediately apparent. He listened attentively to all my concerns and assured me everything would be resolved. True to his word, he upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment that was perfectly equipped and extremely comfortable. Jawad even provided his direct contact and encouraged me to reach out if we encountered any further issues. What truly stood out was Jawad’s commitment. Before we checked out, he graciously invited us to lunch and apologised for the initial setbacks. His approach to resolving our concerns not only salvaged our stay but also became a memorable experience. It’s rare to find someone who takes full ownership of a problem and goes the extra mile to make things right. Jawad is an asset to the Millennium Hotel, and thanks to him, I would return and recommend this property.

Breakfast Buffet didn't meet our expectations

Excellent location, especially during the cooler months in the UAE. Whether you like walking or cycling or horse riding or an adventure in the outdoors - with the Mushrif Park across the road - you can have it all! On Level 5 you will find the overflow pool. This is also a place with an opportunity to take breathtaking sunrise and sunset photos. With a Carrefour mini market and many shops and restaurants on the ground level of this awesome hotel in Mirdif, you don't even need to take additional food for your stay; simply add the buffet breakfast. Don't forget to add a dinner to experience the indoor/outdoor restaurant on the top - with a view over the surrounding area and night sky!

Overall we like everything our room was ugraded from studio to 1 bedroom and it was perfect and very relaxing. The location is within the resisidential area far from the highway so it was very quite and exactly what we want. Breakfast was great. They have free bicycles if you want to do biking and their pool located at the 5th floor has a nice infinity view towards the park.

The coffe machine was not clean shoud be descaled no matter how many times I ran with water it doesn't help just be aware check because using. The tv doesnt have chromecast so it was boring we couldn't watch netflix and youtube.

Friendly staff, very clean amenities (restaurant, pool). Rooms were cleaned to a wonderful standard and appliances were all in good working order (kettle, washing machine).

We were in a room that was on the first level and facing the street. The door leading to the balcony didn't close completely, so we experienced a lot of noise from the road and people having conversations below our room outside the hotel each night.

First of all i liked the location, it was near of the DXB airport T1 &T3, also near from ( mirdif city center, itihad mall, arabian center, dubai mall, outlet mall). Secondly, the apartment hotels were clean has all the necessary electrics such as iron, iron desk, electric oven, washing machine, etc. Thirdly the breakfast was perfect and tasty,

What i didnt like that, in the first day the stuff didnt put for me cups and water in the room and the coffee espresso machine was not used because no capsule were there to use the machine, aldo i the first couple of days they didnt put for me shampoo and conditioner so i bought from carrefour.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Millennium Place Mirdif for one night with my family, booking three connecting rooms. Overall, our experience was delightful! The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, though I did wish there was a bathtub for added relaxation. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was calm and clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere. We also enjoyed a lovely walk to the nearby Mirdif Hills Avenue mall, which was a nice touch, especially with the cool night weather. We had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future!

it would have been great to have a kids' club for the little ones to enjoy.
