The service was fantastic, rooms were clean and well designed. We also really enjoyed food at Mekong and breakfast at Sea breeze. The spa was also brilliant, special mention to Imran who is a credit to the hotel. Reception areas and bar is great also

The pool is such a let down! We wouldn't return purely because of this. Its barely deep enough for kids let only adults. 100s and 100s of missing tiles, some were underfoot which were sharpe and actually a hazard to walk on. It really is disappointing that a hotel of this calibre has such poor swimming facilities, If I was management I would SERIOUSLY consider shutting the hotel for a month or so to fix the pool. It NEEDS to be deeper, have tiles that stay on the wall and also have less undulating slopes that you can see, just a complete overhaul. I dont normal do reviews but this i feel needs to be addressed as I want the hotel to be better, it should be better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anantara in Ras Al Khaimah, and overall, it was an amazing experience. The resort is beautifully designed, making it a perfect getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing staycation. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly breakfast at Sea breeze. Scott, who served during breakfast- with such kindness and attentiveness. His warm greetings set a wonderful tone for the day, making every meal a pleasure. We also enjoyed a lovely buffet-style dinner at Sea Breeze, where the selection of food was incredible. The standout for me was the pistachio cake—absolutely unforgettable! My friend and I found ourselves talking about it long after we returned to work. Dining at Mekong restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The ambiance was stunning, and the food was incredible—definitely a must-try!

We encountered an issue during check-in that was initially frustrating. The receptionist was somewhat stubborn and disrespectful, which was disappointing. Thankfully, Salmon, the manager, stepped in to resolve the situation with remarkable understanding and professionalism. His ability to rectify the error was commendable and truly appreciated. On the beach, the staff seemed to lack a sense of urgency, and unfortunately, the food we ordered was cold. This aspect could use improvement, as it detracted from the overall experience. Despite these minor issues, Anantara is a beautiful resort that offers a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in a stunning setting.

Loves experience. The Food is incredible! Amazing quality. Amazing, different tastes. I even one night thought we’d go for dinner at the nearby intercontinental and e absolutely regretted it! It was horrible & the food at Anantara is AMAZING! Also the view from the beach room is incredible.

The reception staff honestly wouldn’t go the extra mile for guests. I asked them for an early check-in at 2 pm, they refused via booking. Then I asked to check out at 1:30 pm, again they refused. What was strange is that we were sitting at the beach outside the room, and the room wasn’t cleaned until 2 pm! Little details like this would make the experience complete

Our stay was incredible, thanks to Mr. Siva Reddy, the Director of Operations, and the hotel’s General Manager. From the room upgrade and relaxing massage to the exceptional breakfast with its wide variety of delicious options, every detail was perfect. The well-trained and attentive staff contributed to an unforgettable experience. The hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure my fiancé and I had a memorable and perfect birthday vacation.

Everything was excellent and beautiful, a perfect place to visit.

What I didn’t like is that, for the first time ever, I had to pay a hotel twice – once through your app in advance, and again at the reception. When I checked in, the staff asked me if I would pay cash or card. I told them I had already paid via Booking.com, and they said yes, but the amount is only frozen, so I had to pay again there. I was surprised but agreed, and paid with the same card I used for the booking. Later, I found out that both amounts were actually charged, not just frozen. It’s been three days now and there’s been no action from your side. Every time I call, I’m given cold responses, and they keep saying they’ll transfer me to reception, but when they do, the call is hung up! This is unacceptable and I expect an urgent response

We spent two magical days at Anantara Mina Al Arab, and it truly felt like we had escaped to the Maldives! From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was simply perfect. The room was beautifully designed. The facilities were great, and the beach was stunning. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every team member we encountered was so kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Sietze and his team for making our experience so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

The place and the vibe is amazing for 2 days to switch off from everything. I loved how everyone was leaving their rooms from the terrace .. as it is much easier to get to all restaurants and other areas. The hotel is quite small which was enjoyable as its easy to get around..

- cooking smell near valet! Our clothes were so smelly every-time we wanted to leave or come back. This needs to be sorted! - AC does a weird nose when operated.. - the beach house food was mediocre too pricey dont waste your time going there. The hotel Buffet was much better! - many sidewalks are not spacious, having a wheelchair was somehow annoying as the buggies go back and forth and it wasnt very enjoyable to walk.. we would have to stop multiple times😅 - staff were not great in language! Had to explain myself many times.. But they are good overall

Great resort with nice Thai styling and hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and provided a super enjoyable experience. The room was very well equipped, with proper coffee machine and nice glasses, something that other large chain hotels are now economizing on. Restaurant choice is good with my all-time favorite "Mekong" serving great Asian cuisine.

The pool is nice in size and offers the required cooling but the condition of the flooring is poor; a significant number of tiles are loose or missing which looks bad and feels not comfortable. This is definitely not in line with the overall fantastic state of the resort.

It’s a beautiful new hotel. The breakfast was very good. Scott was great. The buffet restaurant was lovely too. Room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Beach had very comfortable loungers. Pool is nice too

Unfortunately, on our first evening, turn down service left our balcony door open when they closed the curtains for the night. We came back to our room and went to bed. Spent a very uncomfortable night with no AC as it kept cutting out. We had no idea why. We informed the concierge the next day - nobody followed up with us. I mentioned it again at check out as it really ruined our sleep in the serious heat. She gave us 100aed discount. Talk about adding insult to injury. It’s not a cheap hotel don’t have one nights sleep ruined isn’t good. We ate at Mekong restaurant. Beautiful to sit outside ‘in’ the water but it’s very overpriced. Staff were very pleasant.
